Pros I like azure and the fact that the price is right - so now I'm writing just to meet ur character requirement. Cons Too many glitches. Not forgiving if u schedule too many units for the appointment space. It just deletes the appointment u r trying to make. Also u can't delete duplicate rxs unless it's the same day. More importantly, they offer immediate tech support (they answer the phone right away every time) and the person is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I am an RDH and use the software to run a small business. The ease and maneuverability of this program is why it is fantastic. It has all the bells and whistles of the other programs, but the ability to go from page to page across the top is the standout reason it is a winner with me. I can go from the main screen to "find" to "checkout" to "pt appointments" to "patient info" to "account info" to "claims", to "procedures", "insurance", "X-rays", etc. all by clicking one button at the top of the screen. Love this program! Support is fantastic and quick to resolve issues too. This programs "user friendliness" is absolutely time saving to say the least!
