Cons

I can't even remember a time when I or Dr. Fine had any negative issues with this vendor.

Pros

Simplifies admin duties. Customer support representative has walked us through many questions and handled them knowledgeably and professionally.

Cons

It is hard to pick up a scheduled appointment and move it to another column on the same day. You often have to move it to the hold area and then back to the schedule to make it work okay. Not a huge deal but can be a nuisance when you are trying to move something quickly when the patient is on the line.

Cons

Insurance capabilities is not great like eligibility and claim status . it takes time to get used to this software like any other software

The software is very efficient and user friendly. The customer support is great as well. They are fast to answer and great help.

Cons

There really isn't anything that comes to mind to go against this software other than sometimes the account information for a patient doesn't transfer over.

I am not the type of person to ask for a review. Since using ACE 5 Star Survey, I have received many reviews on Google Review and Yelp. This helps tremendously for new patients looking at reviews before selecting a new dentist.

Cons

Everything is all pluses! There is nothing I do not like about product.

Excellent customer service. Danika is almost always immediately available, always helpful and very knowledgeable.

Cons

Visuals could be improved. Many features not included and monthly add-on costs add up. Software operates slowly and sometimes screens jump on their own.

Have been using ACE for over 10 years. Like any software you'd always like to tweak it a little to your own particular wants. Found it easy to learn to use. We pay a monthly fee to get all updates to the program and to call in for tech support. Overall very happy with ACE.

Customer Service is fantastic. All representatives are willing to walk you through step by step when experiencing difficulties. If they cannot answer your questions, they will find someone who can.

Cons

There are a few additional features that I would recommend. However, to my knowledge, the company is continuing to look at areas of growth.
