I am in my first year of and I am trying to track client walkin retention. I was told they have a walkin module. This however is for walkin only salons and does not link to the appointment book or to the client lists. I was then told to check walkin from the appointment book which again does not link to the clients return or tracking in anyway. But now that the past 2 months we have used this check in I now have no formulas or tracking that a walkin came in the past and has now referred someone to us. Frustration calling tech support and sales. This is not operating as how it was sold to me and I have no recourse. I have many emails to the owner where he stated he will book a telephone conversation with me. I can not go forward purchasing the additional Modules. Yes each add on like online booking text messaging and email marketing is all extra. I have already purchased the quick book integration. You can not track coupons because they are all not taking the discounts from the service provider so I have to change the actual amount from the cost at check out. Leaving the staff to make any changes to the bill they wish. We were told we could lock out the staff. Doesn't the 22 years in the business mean other salons would track the walkin conversations? I can not be the only one asking for this service.

I have been using for many years and have yet to be truly impressed by the services. The cloud system is slow, disconnects frequently, can be difficult to reconnect. The whole reason we chose to move to the cloud system was so we may be able to check out appointments through a phone app or at home, but that too does not work (nor has it ever) When I phone in to customer service to work through issues, it seems to be met with frustration that we don't know much about computers... I pretty much just tell them to skip to the chase at this point and have them login remotely. Its discouraging that when we hire new staff that it limits the amount of employees we can put into the system without having to pay more money... why does everything need to be a cash grab? I wish insight would support the fact that we want our company to grow! I wish I had more access to \*free\* education about the system itself so that I may be able to research it on my own time. Maybe an online reference as to the different features of the system? Make it easy to pinpoint what I am wanting more information about so that I can access it in a pinch when I really need it? Thanks for taking the time to read my review and I hope this can help make your system more accessible to all clientele, present and future.

The professional assistance of maintaining my inventory that I have on hand and what needs to be purchased..also how has sold what and when.

Pros

I like that the support team is very helpful whenever I run into a problem. I also like that they offer many more functions than I use but have if I decide to expand.

Cons

That sometimes I don't have the time to load new products into the system and you have to do that. Also another thing I'm not crazy about is haveing so many steps at checking out a customer.. that should be shortened!

I enjoy using this product, the customer support is amazing. I only fault it for their tanning bedside of the program which they've admitted is an area they are still growing. Hopefully, soon we will be able to see the tanning side of the business in mobile applications.

Efficiency!! Compared to our last program, it is easily 20 times faster and more efficient to use, book appointments, run reports and do end of day. Super easy to learn and use! We have only been using it 5 months and it is extremely user friendly.

Pros

Super easy to use - very efficient - can maneuver the system well and with ease. Even new staff members find it an easy program to use. Has all the booking/appointments, reports and staff systems required to run our spa. Calling in for support is always fast and the staff are amazing, well knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

Issues with our POS machine being compatible - however this was a programming issue and not related to - and creates problems with cashing our clients out - insight tech support has been wonderful in helping us get this resolved.

Easy to use guest Love The Online Booking!!!!! Our one suggestion is when a guest books on line after we confirm on our end they should get a confirmation......we get called every day I booked on line did it go thru.. Frustrating !!!...

We've always been with , mainly due to the support and the full payroll component. Those would be my biggest pros. Also, when we ask for a new component, it is usually added quite quickly. Online booking has improved. I would like to see more robust reporting available. Like a report on number of guests used a certain coupon etc. Restricting a guest from using the same coupon twice (without override) at different visits. Better tracking. Or perhaps some training as I may not be using it to it's fullest potential. I've never been formally trained. I would also like to restrict multiple discount or payment types. For instance, if someone is already being discounted, I'd like to restrict the use of a coupon etc. Although my staff is trained on this many still think that if the system allows it that it must be okay. It's NOT! Drives me bonkers! Oh and not automatically adding the GST to points payment. This means the company is paying the GST! Not cool. I can't seem to find anywhere to change this. A way to take a percentage of gratuity for POS charges (non cash tips, of course). I'm sure I can think of more!

The customer support and sales staff have been fantastic! Incredibly nice and patient as I got the system up and going, and they've continued to be helpful as I tweak things here and there.

I am a small business owner, so all the setup was on me. It was easy and intuitive for a non-technie.

Cons

I'd like to be able to assign a treatment room for each person daily. We developed a workaround, so it's not a big deal.

I recently started renting and was feeling lost with the amount of book work I was needing to do. That is until I found ! Once I got everything up and running it has made my job so much easier! Customer service is amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend using this program.

On a couple occasions it was running slow and I couldn't check people out or make appointments for them.

Overall I love the software. It's integration of many aspects of my business is great. For the price it's great. What I love: I own my own database, marketing is built in, and I can share information between my two locations. Whenever I call tech support, they are helpful and knowledgeable. What I don't love: The VPN connection between the 2 locations is really buggy. The receipt printer and cash drawer do not work with the VPN. Reports are just PDF's not usable data for Quickbooks. What I want: Group special breaks/ or the ability to make "meetings" Otherwise I think it's a great product! I talk to many other salon owner's using the well known brands and they are constantly paying more for things that are built into .
