Used the software for: ### "Love my Insight Salon Software " December 16, 2016 5.0 Ok so at the beginning I had a few challenges learning the software, however, the customer support was & is absolutely wonderful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Whether I'm talking to someone in the sales department or customer service I always get the help I need. I'm in no way a techy person but all I have to do is call and they handle my problems big or small. When I was looking for salon software I did a lot of research and found them to be the most reasonably priced. Thank you Insight for all you do to help my business run smoothly. But when we start to install the program, I feel there are way too many complications especially if the client has no technical background. The team helped guide us through but it took way too long for the process and there were too many glitches in the system. Customer service is overall good but for the last 6 months or longer, we have experienced multiple on line booking errors. Thus far, the answer is that it's our fault but no one can put a finger on it. I was hoping the upgrade would eliminate it but again, we've had an error today. It's tough when a client has a confirmation of a booking and shows up to no appointment. It makes us look bad. The support team is awesome they walk you thru everything. I have tried others but nothing compares. The upgrade new stuff and keep the software fresh. They care about your input. I am a MAC user and had to have Windows running in MAC in order to use this program. I found it took up too much space and there were a lot of extras that I wanted that cost too much. We have made suggestions that have been set aside or said we would have to pay for them. It's frustrating knowing that other programs offer these components and we are trying to stay loyal to insite!
