We use Ranger for scheduling, Contact information and ticket history as well as what to charge depending on the service

Pros

It has all the needed attributes to integrate it into our workflow

Cons

I find the UI to be very basic and old, It has not refreshed this in a while and it makes finding tools a lot harder

Before using Commit we were just inputting everything into QuickBooks directly. Using Commit has sped up the process significantly.

Pros

Commit simply gets the job done. It is a basic CRM that provides exactly what we need to perform billing for clients and transfer the information to QuickBooks.

Cons

The spell check for the software leaves something to be desired. Wish there was an easy way to add terms to the dictionary that it doesn't recognize.

Use this everyday for my job. When I am working with it, I wouldn't call it something I enjoy doing. It seems more like something I have to do and its not aesthetically pleasing to use either

Pros

It provides the modules we needed which included both Quickbooks integration and exchange integration

Cons

It is difficult to use and isn't intuitive. Seems like there should be easier ways to do things
