I truly like it and its easy access for me and my stylist can use it from home. There are so great perks. I do wish it had shorter ways to access certain reports.

Pros

It is easy to use and train my employee's everything is at my finger tips and not hard to use at all,

Cons

Sometimes I wish there was an easier way to pull up my inventory of what i have not sold and what i have sold with a bunch of numbers

Worst experience ever. The company honestly could care less that we weren’t able to get our data migration done in a timely manner. And after 4 unsuccessful months, wouldn’t let us out of our 1 year contract.

Pros

This software has great reports that our current software lacks.

Cons

We weren’t able to get our data migration completed, and gave up after 4 months. Terrible service! Worst experience with a vendor in my 30 year salon career.

I personally am very impressed with Envisions. I feel that it does everything that this kind of program should do.

Pros

It's pretty easy to navigate, especially once you've been working with it for awhile.

Cons

Really there isn't anything I do not like. There are a few quirks, but they are workable.

Great to impossible experience. I will look for cancellation guidelines when viewing other software companies.

The demo....Great representative. Answered all my questions and followed up

Cons

Having to call in to cancel my account. Unfortunately, I have appointments and was not available to talk to \[sensitive content hidden\] so my account was not closed. Called on the 11th of September and was told he was not available. No problem could you cancel my account. I don't want to be charged for something I am not going to use. Gave the reason but I still had to talk to \[sensitive content hidden\] , why? When would be a good time for him to reach me. Gave a time but did not receive a call back. Not a problem, I just expected my account to be closed (N0 confirmation that my account was closed) Called again, I had to give them a time to for him to be able to follow up with me. Are you kidding? If I want to cancel my account, talking to him will not change that. I can't believe they will and did hold this account hostage. I realized my trial is almost up I AM BUSY and decided to email the support department so I could verify my request. Finally, a response from \[sensitive content hidden\] questioning, why I want to close my account? As if the notes from the other two were not sent to him plus the email. Wow! I have the emails... Sum it all up, I never received an email stating my account was closed. I don't know if they charged the card on file. My bank decided to upgrade my card and they changed my cc info after I had already entered the old cc info. I don't have to worry about my account being charged.

### "Misleading company"

Biggest mistake ever signing with them.

Pros

Everything looked good at the beginning but changed once you sign the paperwork

Cons

Not customer support, waiter hours for not help or attitudes by a few when you need help. Never know what money was coming in from credit card company(numbers rarely match). Now that I have cancelled my account with them, giving the a sixty day notice they still continue to charge me and have not refunded the money. I sign a year contract and they are charging me now for 13 months. The service is not designed for a spa. Too many work around with no support. Suggestion go no where. Don't waste your time or money.

terrible. Been with them for DECADES and switched to envision go and it's been a mess.

Pros

the WORST program we have ever come across. False advertising misled us to many, many things and we were paying for the ultimate package (which by the way states it includes "priority support" but this is not existent. "marketing" is advertised as a feature with the package but they fail to tell you there are limits to text messaging and email. Appointment reminders fail to go out on a weekly basis. Has not been working for 1 month now. List could go on but hope this helps out other businesses - get details of your contract before signing!!

Cons

not exaggerating, almost everything. Not customizable, limited text messages can be sent out, can't choose your time the notifications are sent out either. poor customer service help. poor training. terrible report options.

It’s been so good.

Pros

Envision cloud is so important to me in my business. It keeps track of ALL my numbers!! From income to inventory, it’s great! I love the guest reminders! I also love that my staff has access to their schedules and can book appointments from home at any time!

Cons

The new boulevard software has some amazing customer Experience marketing, covering all parts of the customer journey.

We’ve used it for years and we know we can rely on Envision. Overall it’s a well balanced and great program to use in any salon/spa.

Pros

Summit reports and being cloud based. We can view or work from anywhere!

Cons

The free text feature with our plan only allows one text out. I think, since it’s over the internet, there should be no charge. Also, reports should be more customizable.

Cons

There are still a lot of things that need to be added that would make our jobs a little easier, but they are constantly adding and updating things. We've used for 4 years and it continues to get better and easier with time.

overall a 10 tech support can be off sometime but so is my staff. Payroc there payment processing is not so good but we have ask and they are all the same.

Pros

We have used envision for 18 years one time we tried to move software and it was nightmare but envision was there to help us convert back with open arms.

Cons

Payroc processing seems to be run out of someones home there customer service is terrible.

Pros

It's got everything a Salon would need to sell and book online. There's a simple CRM. Decent reporting (for sales/appointments).

Cons

It's pretty archaic in terms of features for marketing. Not to mention if you don't save in two places after updating email templates (which is already time consuming) you loose all of your work. Could really use more customizable reporting. Not great with integrating with other tools needed.

Pros

We utilize this software for our Salon Company. The streamlining of the POS, calendar and reports is fabulous. Customer service has really stepped up their game and they also listen to the clients needs via a separate portal for community suggestions and chats. Overall it works really well for us

Cons

Missing features are apparent in any software. However we try and keep up on the latest. We really need some security features to be widened.

This software is very user friendly! I've never needed tech support because it's so easy to use! As with any software there are things I would like to see change. However Envision has the best customer service around. They are easy to reach & is quick to resolve.

Pros

I find Envision very user friendly. It has a nice design that is easy for everyone in the office to use.

Cons

I would like to see easier email/SMS marketing. Our accounting department was not able to utilize the Quickbooks integration. The medical part of the software needs an overhaul, but for now it is usable.

I would not recommend based on customer service.

Pros

The software is easy to use.

Cons

Once you purchase this software you recieve a few months of support but after that they will not talk with you unless you pay for a pricey service contract. Software is fine if you only have to install it once, but if you have to reinstall on a new computer or have any issues you are on your own unless you want to pay... The only help guide is available on the software. A book guide is not available and the one on the software can be difficult to navigate through... They have a few complaints with the BBB that have gone unresolved.

I had them for 8ish years and felt they just lacked a lot. I moved to a new software system and the cancelling process was a nightmare. All in all they just want your money and don’t want to give you a premium service in return.

Pros

I enjoyed the basics of it and the color coding. In the beginning when my salon was smaller it was good enough.

Cons

The customer service and lack of innovation. They did not stay up with the times. Once my salon got bigger the marketing lacked, the online booking features lacked, the customer service lacked and it just overall was meh.

I have Envison for 21 years and there have been painful moments, but I love the new Envision with more integration

Pros

I never write a review. I have Envision in my salon company since 2005. it has changed a lot since then all for the good of my company. do not take me wrong Envision is not cheap but it is worth every penny very easy to use, I can manage clients easy, and the phone support is amazing not to mention the integration they have with Recura the AI receptionist

Cons

one of the thinks I'm don't like is the fact that employes can clock in and out in their app i hope Envision can change that

I have been with EnvisionNow for 7 years and I keep discovering new ways I can use the tools. I load my client's photos, all of their formulas and I know that when I am ready to sell my business, I have a ready reporting forms available to show them the profitability of my business. My bookkeepers love this program too!

Pros

I absolutely love EnvisionNow! The ease in booking appointments both online and in person, the automated reminders, the easy way to schedule myself in the schedule I want. I recommend this to everyone in the beauty business I know!

Cons

That it doesn't send an automated message when I manually put in an appointment. I have to manually send out the notification.

I'm the Front Desk Manager and do a little bit of EVERYTHING in EnvisionNow - from customer check in/check out in to processing and utilizing reports. I deal with credit card transactions and payment gateway regularly. I'm the "go-to" person when anyone has questions regarding EnvisionNow.

Pros

Great color-coded daily scheduling, overall easy check in and check out process, fairly simple to learn/teach the basics, allows for multiple service options, nice in-store gift card tracking, very helpful support staff, sweet phone app.

Cons

Filtering for reports is too much work and often confusing, inability to assign recipient to online gift card purchases is a REAL problem, glitches in credit card transactions, printing errors due to issues with google chrome, z-out and end of day isn't always in sync from one computer to the next.

I really like the ease of navigating through it to keep track of sales, and profit, clients. Very good technical support if there is a problem or question I have.

Pros

The fact that it is customized to my salon business,keeping track of sales,retail sales,inventory levels,and customer info.

Cons

That it is now a cloud program,I preferred the hard copy to have in case if my computer went down for whatever reason.
