Have found it amazing. Pros The flexibility of the sites produced using VSD is mindalteringly good. Once you get your head around the way it works (make no mistake requires an investment in time) the workflow is usually straightforward and changes are easy. Support is second to none. Cons It takes some getting used to (if you are an html coder), but results are grand. Suspect it would be more intuitive to a new user, but strengths are so apparent once you begin using it in anger. Sometimes wonder if the option to hide the huge array of features I never use and/or move frequent ones into a more obvious place would be good. Pros What I liked most about this VisualSite Designer 7.0 was that I could ask support for assistance and they always came back to me with the help I needed. Cons I could not fault the software because of my lack of experience and knowledge on the subject of responsive website design. I am always under pressure in my work to produce results. The subject of designing websites requires a lot of knowhow and to even use software like this you should at least understand the basics quite well otherwise you will struggle. That is why they have comprehensive articles on how to use the software. That's a very good place to start. But they are always available to help you if you get stuck. Pros The first software I purchased from Coffee Cup worked great. I was promised free up-grades for life. Then, One day (without notice) the old software just stopped working. I called coffee cup, They said,"Well we have discontinued support for the old product, it will not function with the new browsers and mobile devices". Reluctantly, I bought the new software. I have watched videos, studied templates, tried to get answers from CC; the new software just won't work,, its a POS! Cons Software freezes a lot, will not accept HTML, forget monetization, lost my attempted work three times because the "file became corrupted" (turns out, you have to save more frequently the program will not save but so much data at one time.
