Overall: We have had great success with Harris Data software. The ability to customize each of our facilities to operate differently within Harris has been a big advantage. We work with several large CPG companies and Harris WMS and OMS systems have never been an issue with being able to keep up with what our customers need. Customer service however has been an issue lately. The response time can be days in some cases. Once someone responds however, they are great at resolving the issue, but the response time is not acceptable.
