DentiMax's customer support is the best. They answer all my questions in time, provide enough information whenever I need them, very professional. Today, I received very valuable help and training on how to submit medical claims. Our practice is in the process of transitioning into an Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine practice, which sends claims to medical insurances, too, so it helped tremendously to know that I don't have to purchase additional software to do it! The training manual is a book that gets shipped with the software disks, whereas the training guide you received is designed to answer basic “how to” questions to get you started as a new user in working with DentiMax. The training guide is currently under edit due to the program enhancements made we would like it to reflect the ease of the flow through the program. We will be happy to contact you once it is completed to issue you an updated copy. There is a table of contents in the front of the guide that will point you to the page for the lesson you are searching for in the interim. The software allows us to create our own reports. This made our transition from paper to computer very comfortable. I know if our practice needs change, we can always have DentiMax write a new report template for us. We have been using this software for many years and are very satisfied. Cons Nothing. Pros If you have any fears about the user friendliness of a dental management software, those fears will disappered with the use of Dentimax. It is a fully functioning dental management software with tons of time saving qualities. And in the dental office, time saving equals higher profits. Cons Everything that I require of a software in the dental office setting can be found in Dentimax. After using Dentimax for over ten years, I have no problems in the software. The program feels quite comprehensive and made for people who are detail-oriented and would want the fastest results. I have only the best to say about this software, and the support I have been receiving, from technical to customer -- of course, a special shout-out to Alicia McKinney for training us and making what could be an intimidating software seem like a huggable little puppy. She has been very kind and humorous, and I have enjoyed speaking with her during our training sessions. We recently upgraded to the latest version. Alicia and Mohaganee came to our office and provided in-house training. They were phenomenal to work with and were able to show us how to utilize all the features of the program, making it easier for everything in our office to flow smoothly. It also offers all the functions needed. Cons It's slower than software I've used before. You cannot open multiple pages, and it doesn't carry information over; you have to re-enter a patient's name or info or keep selecting the patient.
