They are patient, professional and responsive. Pros Overall ease of use. When there were any issues or we had questions, the team worked hard to resolve/answer them quickly. Cons There are a couple of sections where I would have like to have an either/or situation - where families could either fill in information or upload an existing form and that wasn't possible.Also, the program was extremely affordable with little to no increase in cost for a few years and then it skyrocketed and will be out of our price range. Reasons for choosing SchoolDocs SchoolDoc was our first venture away from paper forms and they were great. Unfortuntaely the recent, large increase in pricing has forced us to move towards another vendor. We'll miss SD! I did not have anyone to show me the ropes taking over this position but it was easy to get the hang of. Pros I like that I am able to make changes to profiles to better suit our community. Cons It took awhile to get the hang of generating reports but the success team is amazing! We have the BEST SchoolDoc team. They have been responsive, informative and available. There hasn’t been a question they couldn’t answer or a request they couldn’t accommodate. Pros The most impactful feature of this software was the the user “friendly-ness” for the families as well as the staff. We were still able to use our own school forms which made the transition seamless! Also, the electronic signature feature saved families from having to print out forms and scan them back. Cons There were a few things as we started using the program that we wanted to adjust. This process was easy! There is not anything that wasn’t adjustable. Records are easily accessible and securely stored. User experience is very straightforward. The support and customer service are excellent. Pros What I like most about SchoolDoc is the ease of use. Records are easy to access, from anywhere (great for field study, after hours, etc.). Cons At times, adding an administrator can be tricky.
