The software could be better if there was more access to the data for the power users as it is a great POS solution but does not allow an owner or marketer to obtain the necessary data in a format that is easy to use to perform other business roles. Pros Spot is a very feature rich and customizable software application for the Dry Clean / Laundry industry. Spot allows us to set the software and process to our unique needs and desires; down to the store level. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the rest of the support team is always there to help you find the setting your are looking for. They also have an Ask the Expert sessions where you can ask best practice questions or the 'I want to do this \[fill in the blank\] how do I do that?" Cons The downside to spot being so customizable is that sometimes the settings are difficult to locate. Spot has been around for so long that some of the features or reports are older and could use a refresh or update to reflect new demands. There are also custom reports or sets of information that are difficult to obtain with the built-in reports and searches.
