Pros Click Time is user friendly and easy to use time and expenses recording system. Our staff are using it on a daily basis thought their PC and smart phones, which means that the system is available to use whenever needed. It is a great system for running reports on different projects and also allocating budgets. We use Click Time for billing purposes, which is very helpful as can generate lots of different reports from detailed to summary ones. Cons Nothing really, everything runs very smoothly. Pros ClickTime is very easy to use to track your time spent on programs with an easy to use list of tasks to narrow down exactly what you are working on. The reporting tool is very easy to use and provides many standard reporting options. Cons I thought having to use this tool was going to be time consuming, but I was very wrong. We send reports to our accountant every payroll period. Pros It is a very simply way for us to allocated our payroll costs among several grants. We need this in order to comply with federal regulations. Cost allocations can be complicated and we have been using ClickTime for over 10 years Cons I think it's pretty simple to use. Pros I appreciate the straightforward process and that they rarely update the software to create the need to relearn how to use it. Cons I wish there were more visual cues so I don’t get lost in the many rows of time entries. I wish it were more obvious how I’d be entering time in one view and submitting it in another view. I wish it allowed me to hide weekends, when I don’t work, or display them in another color. I’d prefer having some favorite settings so I didn’t have to add my main categories each and every pay period. Cons Sometimes it is really slow to load, but that honestly could be down to my connection/computer. I'm not quite sure. But otherwise, no complaints from me. Pros The ease of use for tracking time on the many many projects I'm involved with is critical to me and the company. Also, how easily i can run a quick report checking to see how many hours I and other users spend on a given task for a project is very helpful for future estimating of jobs. Cons For everything I use it for daily, I see no cons. Given today's technologies, this could be much better. Excel output row heights are 'funky'. September 22, 2020 4.0 Overall, it was a wonderful tool. We switched to an in-house built product and it does not have anywhere close to the features that Clicktime had Pros This software was very easy to use and admin. The reporting features were great with lots of customization and ability to save steps. Easy to set up new users and super simple to train.
