The system is simple to adapt in own requirements. It has provided us with a lot more information to help us make better judgments. Pros This application is easy to use. It's also not difficult to be the administrator because ClickTime has a fantastic support team that takes the time to listen and assist to the best of their ability. I found the application to be highly user-friendly and straightforward. They are professional, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable every time I call in for assistance or to ask a question. The major reason we used this item was because of its connection with Quickbooks, which worked well. Cons Upgrade is required as it is quite expensive and time consuming.The requirement to select a client before assignment is a disadvantage. It might be difficult to create a custom report. For the last two years I used it to manage my staff. I was able to see when they worked, what they did with their time and turn around and use this for payroll. Pros I like that ClickTime can be used on a smartphone as well as desktop. I can manage my staff and have them allocate their time in buckets so I can manage resources. Cons I think the review and approval process of time sheets could be a little easier, but it is still really good. Not overloaded with features but that can be a good thing if you are looking for a simple to use interface that encourages time tracking for your business Cons The features obviously could be more robust but in my experience with things like time tracking the simpler the better when it comes to getting buy in across an organization Review Source LG Laura G. Weekly view is also helpful. Seeing the total for he weeks gives clarity. Cons Not easy to copy weeks, as many tasks are repetitive weekly and it would be easier to set up a template and rather adjust rather than starting fresh each week. It was a user friendly interface and it made tracking hours, PTO, and other time related activities very easy. I like how you could easily create a bucket for hours to fall into so reporting was easy and it made it as simple as entering numbers for the end user. Cons I think there are some manual labors with clicktime. It'd be nice to be able to have the ability to enter in block or projects and have the fields populate automatically. Customer Service is great. Cons I would like the ability to customize and eliminate columns in the timesheet that aren't relevant without having to export to Excel. They have great training videos but if you can't find what you need they are very responsive to email or a phone call. This is unheard of in today's digital world and sets them apart. Pros ClickTime has been a great addition to our company. It has simplified the way we track time and costs making it easier to see where we need to devote resources. It has helped improve our overall operations. The reporting is extensive and provides a lot of valuable data that helps with business decisions. I finally investigated and realized there are tons of other programs that will generate the invoices and email with a click. Now we just have to get the employees to do it! Cons PTO is not calculated each pay period, it is calculated monthly. This is different than our pay system.
