Banque d’actifs est un logiciel efficace pour centraliser, structurer et sécuriser tous les types d’actifs numériques (documents, images, vidéos, contrats, etc.). L’interface est intuitive, la recherche intelligente est rapide, et la possibilité de classer par catégories, mots-clés ou métadonnées est un vrai plus pour gagner du temps. Il facilite le travail collaboratif et la traçabilité des modifications.

Cons

Quelques lenteurs constatées lors du chargement de fichiers volumineux. L’outil gagnerait à proposer plus d’intégrations avec des applications tierces (comme des CRM ou ERP).

Overall, if you’re looking for a straightforward and efficient way to manage digital assets, I think Asset Bank is worth considering

Pros

One of the features I really appreciated was the search functionality. It’s quite powerful, allowing us to find files quickly, even when we have a lot of assets uploaded

Cons

The only downside I would mention is that sometimes the loading times can be a bit slow, especially with larger files.

We have been using this program for several years. And we are completely satisfied. Asset Bank is a great place for all of our archive images. It also saves a lot of time when searching for a specific photo. Uploading assets, adding tags and keywords is quick and easy.

Pros

Without exaggeration, the strong support of the group was very wonderful. Our company has fallen in love with the product mostly because of this support.

Cons

We cannot introduce a weak point about this program. Maybe because of the large amount of information, sometimes it is difficult to find a better topic

Positive, looks modern and sleek with tons of features that one has come to expect from digital asset management platforms. The API is fairly easy to use and gives control of most of the features supported.

Pros

Easy to use APIs that go through each endpoint in detail. Makes implementing Asset Bank in our web app much easier. The front end is very easy to use with features like filtering, categories, user access controls etc giving control of the assets you use as well as making it very relevant to needs.

Cons

Upgrading is mostly pain with many of the endpoints changing resources. For instance, the latest upgrade broke our user access control API, which was a nightmare to debug. But it's all documented so does provide a bit of a curve to understand it.
