We have had a very good experience with all the SwiftFox team, from investigation and demo through to customisation and delivery. The customer service after go-live is most impressive, with team members and support available and super responsive when one of our team has a question.

Pros

SwiftFox is an accessible and intuitive CRM that allows some project management and full relationship transparency. The platform is under continual review and enhancement, and all enhancements are available to every user. This is an affordable CRM. There are no hidden fees. We opted to have our Website and Member Portal designed and integrated by SwiftFox, and the results are very satisfying. Customisation and integrations both ran smoothly, with the team assisting us very engaged to understand our specific needs and functions, and to support us in translating that into the platform itself.

Cons

The user interface can be a little stiff. As an examples, tables in SwiftFox are not adjustable in size, but there are generally workarounds, like rollover popups. This is a fairly narrow criticism, given how many of the functions really do suit the relationship management we hoped to achieve.

As a growing data wholesale organisation, SwiftFox has been an essential part of the way we not only track and manage not only our current clients – but our prospects and sales pipelines too. We’re very pleased!

Pros

We’ve found the platform to be very initiative user-friendly for the team and made use of their email builder for our fortnightly newsletters, as well as their dashboards feature for visualising our monthly revenue figures. Because we do handle sensitive data in our day-to-day work, data security was our number one priority when looking for a CRM, so we were very pleased to hear that SwiftFox was ISO certified, and stored all their cloud-based data in Australia.

Cons

There were some things we ideally wanted in the CRM, that didn’t already exist. However, we soon learnt that SwiftFox likes to work with its clients to contribute to the development roadmap. So soon enough, our (perhaps niche) requests were made a reality in the platform! This was a really enjoyable process because their support team is local and we had an account manager – \[sensitive content hidden\] – who really made an effort to understand why these functions would be blockers for some of our work flow procedures and flag their development as a priority.
