Cons It would be great if there was an appointment reminder system that did not have to be integrated into a billing system. The important features are readily available so I don't have to spend extra time figuring things out. And it's been clear enough that my staff have incorporated it into their workflows. Pros I like that the interface is clean and the site is responsive. They have cleared sought user feedback to have useful features at the forefront. Cons It look a few attempts to get my templates working the way I wanted them.
