Pros It is simple to set patients up in the system. The templates allow us to quickly send forms, reminders, and other information. Once paperwork is complete, it is simple to access to add to files. Cons It would be great if there was an appointment reminder system that did not have to be integrated into a billing system. The important features are readily available so I don't have to spend extra time figuring things out. And it's been clear enough that my staff have incorporated it into their workflows. Pros I like that the interface is clean and the site is responsive. They have cleared sought user feedback to have useful features at the forefront. Cons It look a few attempts to get my templates working the way I wanted them.
