Moving forward, I hope they provide course materials that aren't just in the video Pros The user interface and user experience is top notch I was able to take a course without having to pay first which encouraged me. I also loved the fact that I was allowed to take the course at my own pace. Cons All the course materials for the course I took was in the video which meant I had trouble reading through some things. The support is amazing Cons In case one enrolls in several courses by mistake or wishes to drop down some of the courses that are irrelevant to him/her, that option is not there, hence one ends up having a bulk of courses in their name.There should be an option of how one can deregister the unwanted courses.As an Admin for GTS, one of my duties is to help members find the appropriate course and in the course of perusing through the courses, the system ends up enrolling me for those courses yet I was only researching for my learners, and dropping or deregistering these courses is not possible Reason for choosing Alison The Alison Certificates can help after upskilling in changing careers or getting a promotion or if one wants to learn an area that's not ones major area of expertise Review Source KN Karen N.
