This application is easy to use. They also have a very friendly clients support center. If we have any problems with this app - they are solved very quickly.

Overall it's simple to start using and saves a lot of management time. Customer support is great.

Pros

\- How simple it is to make schedules and timesheets.- Calculations of employee working hours.- Compliance with labor law.- Great consultations from Optas team.- Integration with our payroll system.

Maybe for somebody it misses some features but it does the work for me.

Mainly we are solving workload, schedules and compliance with local laws; OPTAS improves the overall experiance and gives an opportunity to involve employees in scheduling process;The system is flexible and inovative; Needless to say that OPTAS has TOP-NOCH customer service.

Pros

Automated scheduling, employee accounts, clock in-out option, possibility to send emails with new or changed schedule individually and for all, statistics, compliance with the law

Cons

It is really hard to say, because we are not event using 100% of the features that OPTAs offers
