Em maneira geral o sistema possui um ótimo custo x benefício em comparação com outros lideres de mercado. Utilizamos ele na organização há mais de 10 anos.

Pros

So utilizamos o modulo de ITSM,.O sistema é bem completo, simples e de fácil uso.

Cons

A parte de UI\\UX poderia ser mais personalizada para o padrão de branding de cada organização. A parte de extração de indicadores e relatórios precisa ser aprimorada. Não possui a funcionalidade de extrair dados dos formulários de cada processo. Sendo necessário a utilização de query SQL pra isso.

Pros

A possibilidade de medirmos e levantarmos informações de um processo é essencial para planejamento e a melhoria continua do mesmo e o Requestia nos dar muito poder no que diz a isso, podemos emitir relatórios personalizados de acordo com cada serviço e criarmos indicadores que uma visibilidade do processo que nunca teríamos sem o Software. A personalização de fluxos de atendimentos e de formulário também é uma função super útil e com isso temos um maior possibilidades de decisão. Os workflows de aprovação também automatiza e digitaliza processos que antes precisavam de assinatura.

Cons

A personalização de layout dos formulário é um pouco fraca, não há liberdade para posicionarmos campos um ao lado do outro por exemplo. A visualização e auditoria do histórico das solicitações é complexa, encontrar informações referentes ao chamado ou ações de atendimento é um processo muito doloso e leva tempo para os cliente se familiarizar com a plataforma.

Este ano completo 2 anos utilizando a ferramenta diariamente, e tudo que posso dizer é que o Requestia é incrivelmente completo e nos atende super bem.

Pros

A facilidade de integrar api's e queryes de consultas

Cons

O módulo de planilhas não funciona muito bem e utilizar uma planilha como base de dados em alguns casos pode ser a decisão mais simples para dar autonomia de edição aos usuários.

Tanto para mim como administrador quanto para os usuários e analistas o Requestia veio como um transformador no relacionamento de pedidos internos dentro da org. A transparência no catálogo de serviços dos departamentos ajuda bastante usuários novos a descobrir recursos da organização. Além de termos segurança no tratamento de informações entre funcionários.

Pros

Além de resolver com qualidade todos os problemas que um CSC se propõe, ainda abre possibilidades para customizações muito profundas, podendo atuar como um disparador de RPAs e tendo plenas capacidades de realizar ações http em sistemas Restful. O suporte rápido em português e a possibilidade de terceirização do deploy em nuvem trás muito conforto a equipe de TI e desenvolvimento.

Cons

Apesar de ser um sistema nativamente web que usa bibliotecas relativamente atuais, acredito que a interface deixa um pouco a desejar no apelo ao usuário comum. A falta de reatividade nativa também é uma caixa comum, sendo o botão de atualizar uma das reclamações mais comuns dos usuários da plataforma, os recursos de recarregamento automático até contornam um pouco essa dificuldade, mas parece mais uma solução temporária.
