Es muy simple registrar y monitorear los estudios

Cons

algunas características son limitadas y no se pueden modificar (por ejemplo en los datos de seguimiento del estudio (estado del protocolo) faltan varios ítems que para nosotros son fundamentales, como ya explicamos)

Que algunas veces no se puede hacer modificación de alguna carta o cambiar documento, se tiene que pedir que se realice el cambio

Bastante buena, algunas cosas que mejorar

Eficiencia, rápida respuesta de soporte técnico.

Cons

Algunas fallas (notificación duplicada de resoluciones disponibles a los centros de investigación, no sellado de algunos documentos). Dificultades con formato: es de muy difícil manejo el formato de fuentes, tamaños, negritas, espacios, etc. Al copiar y pegar desde otra ventana o documento se desconfigura el formato. No se pueden pegar imágenes. Las tablas no son de fácil edición. Bastantes problemas con formatos en actas y cartas de resoluciones

La implementación de eKomite en el Comité de Ética en Investigación (CEI) de la Clínica Imbanaco ha optimizado de manera significativa los procesos de evaluación y seguimiento, beneficiando tanto a los miembros del comité como al personal administrativo, sin perder de vista su propósito fundamental: proteger los derechos y el bienestar de los participantes en investigación clínica. Este avance ha generado una notable reducción en los tiempos de respuesta hacia los centros de investigación, acompañado de una mejora en la calidad de las evaluaciones y en la claridad de las comunicaciones emitidas. Como resultado, se ha elevado la calidad de los proyectos de investigación y se ha impulsado una sólida cultura investigativa, enmarcada en la prestación de un servicio de excelencia.

Pros

La trazabilidad clara y completa del proceso, que abarca desde la verificación documental hasta los dictámenes finales, garantizando un seguimiento detallado en cada etapa. Además, su automatización de flujos de trabajo facilita la adherencia a estándares regulatorios, brindando tranquilidad al equipo al asegurar documentación precisa y procesos en cumplimiento con las normativas. Esto simplifica el trabajo del CEI y refuerza su misión de proteger los derechos y la ética en la investigación.

Cons

Actualmente no permite la generación de consolidados de seguridad por Centro de investigación, lo cual obliga a realizar este proceso manualmente por estudio, implicando un esfuerzo y tiempo adicional. Aunque este punto no afecta directamente la gestión del CEI, sí representa un área de mejora para optimizar la experiencia administrativa.

Es una manera muy eficaz de recibir documentos y los mismos se les da respuesta de forma eficiente gracias a la facilidad de sellado de documentos, así como el recibido de los mismos.

Pros

Que se pueden recibir los documentos de sometimiento de una manera segura y en orden, contando con la trasparencia en los procesos de revisión.

Cons

Que no cuenta con una notificación para el sometimiento de EAS, que no se puede tener una comunicación dentro del protocolo sobre alguna solicitud de corrección.

Amigable a la hora de realizar un sometimiento de documentos, segura para el resguardo de la documentación, y muy útil para revisar y descargar documentos necesarios. le da una plus al comité etico por su presentación, diseño y accesibilidad a la información.

La seguridad y resguardo de los documentos, así como el proceso de sometimiento de los documentos que es muy amigable

Cons

Cada vez que llega un nuevo sometimiento hay que estar revisando página por página, me gustaría que lo nuevo se pudiera verificar con más facilidad

Excelente, no tengo queja alguna, es muy bueno que todo se digitalice

Pros

La comunicación es muy sencilla, al ser todo digital ya no hay problemas con que no haya páginas sin sello, se puede someter a cualquier hora y en caso de alguna equivocación, el trato con los profesionales siempre es muy amable

Cons

Ló único es que antes era más sencillo enviar documentos firmados por adobe sign y luego fue complicado lo de la validación de las firmas pero una vez entendido bien el proceso todo ha ido de maravilla

Hace dos años, se implementó ekomite para la gestión del Comité de Ética, la cual ha tenido un impacto significativamente positivo en diversos aspectos del funcionamiento del comité. Esta herramienta ha optimizado el flujo de información, permitiendo una comunicación más ágil y eficiente entre los usuarios (personal administrativo- investigadores-miembros del comité), así como una mayor oportunidad en la entrega de respuestas. Además, ha garantizado un funcionamiento continuo y sin fallas, lo que ha facilitado su uso y asegurado una gestión más transparente y organizada. Su diseño intuitivo ha permitido a los usuarios adaptarse rápidamente, contribuyendo a una mejora notable en la eficiencia del comité.

Ha sido una herramienta ágil, útil, fácil de usar, que nos permite interactuar a distancia con nuestros clientes de una manera que antes era impensable. !Estamos encantados del servicio que nos dan!

Sería conveniente tener mayor cantidad de herramientas en la edición de cartas, no se pueden hacen recuadros, ni muchas otras ediciones.

La gestión documental de los comités es sumamente fácil y, creo que, para los administradores ayuda a tener a tiempo la documentación.

Pros

Ekomite me permite trabajar confiadamente, leer o descargar archivos para revisión, pero también generar documentos de revisión, dejarlos en plataforma o subir documentos de comentarios. Lo anterior me ayuda a que mis tiempos sean mejor utilizados (eficiencia) y tener mi trabajo a tiempo.

Cons

Eventualmente cuando se me va internet... si no he descargado los archivos, no puedo trabajar, es decir es internet-dependiente...

Lo mejor de la plataforma es que te ayuda a una mejor gestión y a ahorrar tiempos en la parte administrativa y ayuda para compartir documentos con el Comité

Me parece que existen varios temas por arreglar con el Editor de textos en la sección de la redacción de cartas.
