Each field is easy to complete. I like that you can copy categories from one event to the next as we have duplicate events per year in different geographical areas. August 17, 2017 5.0 Pros The ability to personalize, but not have to build from scratch. Attendees found it very easy to use, even those who aren't tech-savvy. There are few errors here and there but other than that it is an easy way to connect and I love how organized some events can be used with this app. Pros I really liked that the software was similar to zoom and kid friendly. Cons The rooms weren’t locked in many situations so our group activity was put a hold for a minute. Also there can only be about 8 people on stage others are just viewers so it is harder to connect. Too choppy to recommend. Pros It does offer better networking than Zoom and is definitely an upgrade for an event. The backstage and other features help speakers and event organizers. Cons SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING. Like literally shut down everything else on your box or Hopin has serious bandwidth issues. I spoke at an event and it was difficult to concentrate because I could see myself moving in frames and my mouth was moving behind the audio. Review Source SW Sara W. I attended a writing conference in the fall and it provided many of the conference-esque items (multiple rooms, ability to hop between rooms, places to connect with other organizations that would normally be tabling). While the reports are great, not all of them are relevant. Would like some additional reports + a more robust dashboard 3. Ability to do dry runs and allow for speakers to test the platform before the event. Each element was customized to the client's liking, bringing up their overall satisfaction with the event and its attendee satisfaction. We offered a prize to the top two users which encouraged even more engagement. Attendees posted comments and photos throughout the day that captured individualized experiences. I absolutely loved how easy it was to manage the app. The fact that changes were immediately reflected on both the app and website was invaluable. I've already recommended it to another organization that is using it for an event this week. We'll definitely use it for our next annual event.
