Horrible of late.

Pros

When it worked it was good. But the company is trash and removed all lifetime deal accounts and our data. They also have refused to respond to any communications with Support.

Cons

Hundreds (or maybe even thousands) of App Sumo Users purchased Lifetime Deals a couple years ago. They have removed everyone's data and accounts and require a subscription now. They have failed to respond to any of our inquiries. The company is shite for not upholding their lifetime deals agreements. Company cannot be trusted at all.

Rankspro has not been working since early July 2025. I tried to contact support by every means possible: no response. In August, I requested a refund: support's response was to delete my account without explanation, while remaining unreachable. Since then, I have been using SpySERP, which is much better.

Pros

\- Nothing : it doesn't work anymore. It's useless. It used to work in the past, but not anymore, and the team hasn't said anything about it.

Cons

\- Maybe the fact that they sell a tool to do 1 thing, and it doesn't work anymore. What could I say more ?

Feels like a scam. I paid for a service and received absolutely nothing — no login, no product, and no reply. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I feel robbed.

Pros

Absolutely everything. They charged my card and delivered nothing — no product, no login, no support. It’s beyond disappointing — it’s fraudulent.

Cons

RanksPro.io was a complete disaster. I trusted them based on the marketing and positive reviews, but after paying, I received nothing and was completely ignored. This is the first time I’ve encountered something that feels like a scam in the SEO space. I do not recommend it to anyone. Be very careful.

What I like most is how fast and reliable the rank tracking is. The regular updates are accurate, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. I also appreciate how quickly I can compare keyword performance across multiple domains without needing to run separate reports.

Cons

I wish there were more third-party integrations, especially with tools like Google Search Console or reporting platforms. The export options work, but having automated report scheduling or deeper customization would make client reporting even smoother.

Really happy with my purchase of RanksPro. The help and support from the team is also very responsive which makes all the difference.

Pros

Love the easy to use interface, the keyword tracking and competitor research. Everything about RanksPro is super useful and has made such a difference in updating and optimising SEO. I use it for client sites and it's fantastic. it's also super easy to produce reports. Perfect for beginners or experts.

Cons

Nothing - I haven't had any issues and am consistently finding new ways to use the program.

Pros

I really love the UI and it looks great. It is quite easy to find your way around. With the speed of updates Ranks Pro should be a great player in the industry quite soon. Really loving the tool and it makes it easy to get information to my clients.

Pros

Ranks pro really has a fantastic UI that is pretty and easy to navigate and they are updating the tool while still being affordable. It just works well and really looks nice and has some great graphs.

Cons

At this point the map ranking tracker does not have the ability to add certain points on a map like Local falcon or something like that. There are times that loading data or pages seem a little slow but not deal breaker.
