I tried to contact support by every means possible: no response. In August, I requested a refund: support's response was to delete my account without explanation, while remaining unreachable. It used to work in the past, but not anymore, and the team hasn't said anything about it. Cons \- Maybe the fact that they sell a tool to do 1 thing, and it doesn't work anymore. I trusted them based on the marketing and positive reviews, but after paying, I received nothing and was completely ignored. It is quite easy to find your way around. With the speed of updates Ranks Pro should be a great player in the industry quite soon. Really loving the tool and it makes it easy to get information to my clients. Pros Ranks pro really has a fantastic UI that is pretty and easy to navigate and they are updating the tool while still being affordable. It just works well and really looks nice and has some great graphs. Cons At this point the map ranking tracker does not have the ability to add certain points on a map like Local falcon or something like that. There are times that loading data or pages seem a little slow but not deal breaker.
