Superb and very very easy to use and healpful

I am making reports as per management requirement and this software is very helpful to create a report easily and effectively to show. I am getting useful data easily from this software. I really loved it because its helpful to me to to make my report easily.

Desktop software - excellentWeb software (cloud based) - poor

Pros

The desktop based software is very easy to use and dependable. Happy while using it.

Cons

The web based software (on cloud) needs to be more user friendly and we just don't feel like using it as it is not reliable as data gets deleted all of a sudden which we think is very risky so we are continuing with desktop software even if we have heavenly paid for the web based cloud software.
