GroupFlow generates a custom website that includes, member management, events management, marketing, and payments platform, for social clubs and member organizations. GroupFlow makes it easy to publish events and send email announcements. Members and attendees can easily register for events, apply to become members with a customized application form, create and share a member profile, pay dues and event tickets online, and be confident that their privacy is protected. GroupFlow comes with an iOS app, Android app, and custom-designed website.

Pros

Our experience using GroupFlow for our organization’s website and operations has been excellent. The platform strikes a great balance between beautiful design and practical functionality — a major improvement over our previous system, where we often had to compromise on usability or appearance. The administrative tools feel intuitive and approachable, which makes onboarding new volunteers simple and stress-free. Everything from membership management to events and announcements is easy to locate thanks to the clean, organized layout. We also appreciate that we no longer have to rely on multiple systems to run our organization — everything is streamlined in one place. Both administrators and members consistently comment on how easy the site and app are to navigate, and the uncluttered backend helps reduce errors and improve overall efficiency.

Cons

A small consideration with GroupFlow is that the platform offers a lot of flexibility and customization, which is a major strength, but it can take some upfront time to fully configure everything exactly how you want it while transitioning platforms. However, we were able to build out an extensive new site and do the transition in less than two months. There are also occasional niche workflow preferences where we’ve suggested small refinements, but the team has been very responsive to feedback and continues to enhance the platform. Overall, once the initial setup is complete, the system runs very smoothly.

As Co-President of Vienna Moms, Inc., working with GroupFlow has been an incredibly positive experience. What truly sets the platform apart is the level of partnership we’ve received from \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team. They are exceptionally responsive, genuinely listen to our feedback, and have incorporated several of our suggestions directly into product improvements. We never feel like we’re left to figure things out on our own — instead, they actively guide us through processes like event setup and system configuration.

Pros

It's amazing to see how frequently the platform evolves, with thoughtful refinements that consistently make our administrative work easier. Having a \[sensitive content hidden\] who is so invested in continuously improving the product is a huge advantage, and we truly value this collaborative relationship..

Cons

I wish that there were templates for event types as this would help to minimize errors from our large team of volunteers.

I've used GroupFlow for many years and it has helped me coordinate 100's of events. There isn't anything else like it out there. The ease of functionality and flexibility from being a database, a private chat service to an event tracker all-in-one system! It's the Best!

Pros

Attentive management has to be Group Flows shining light. I've used hundreds of organizations website and event software and GroupFlow stands out the most with exceptional customer service.

Cons

No enough people are using it yet! It's time for elegant and smart software ran by small businesses to find customers who don't want to support Giant Corporations that steal your data!

I'm a volunteer admin for a group, and this app has been a lifesaver. We were using a horrible platform before that also limited privacy, and this is a MUCH smoother experience. I feel secure using it, I can easily find events (love that I can search specifically for ones I have RSVP'd to). The landing page is pleasant looking and clear for what I'm looking to do. It simply makes community engagement and events easier

Pros

Easy to use, VERY useful. Love that it maintains privacy. Great administrator features for taking attendance (love that you can check multiple folks at once and mark multiple people as attended at the same time!

Cons

Honestly can't think of anything! It seems to be great.

GroupFlow has been serving our group for over two years. It keeps getting better and better. They designed a new website for us at no extra charge, and they even added features based on our feedback! No other product can come close to meeting that kind of service for us.

Pros

The ability to have both private and public events. We can offer tiered event ticket pricing and tiered membership dues pricing. Both these features are a major benefit to our organization. Plus, we now have our own website.

Cons

I wish waitlisted attendees were automatically moved to the ‘going’ list as soon as a spot opened up.
