im still fairly new to frontlead, but so far, its a five out of five stars. even if i get lost front lead actually fills in the gaps for me

Pros

the fact that it does the job for me by sending out my emails, reminders, and marketing ideas and research i wouldnt have thought of myself

Cons

its not promoted or advertised enough.if not for a friend in the marketing field reccomending, id never knew about it

Pros

What stood out wasn't just the platform — it was the onboarding experience. The team was responsive, actually understood our setup, and didn't just send us a help doc link. The tool itself has good depth once you get into it. Integrations just worked, and we haven't had a single outage in the time we've been using it. Rare to find a SaaS product that delivers on both fronts.

Cons

I'd love a bit more flexibility in the reporting segment, but the core does exactly what I need it to.

I have had a very good experience with front lead. They make making different types of forms and quizzes very easy. And the value for the price is unmatched.

Pros

This project is a great competitor to type form. For a much cheaper price. Actor a little bit of clicking around, creating forms with logic is very easy. Definitely will be switching over from typeform to frontlead. The Price is Right, the product is good and you get much more bang for your buck

Cons

Everything's good after a little bit of practice. Some of the workloads don't make sense right away but the more you use the product the easier it becomes and things start clicking.

Pros

It's ability to tabulate results both in entirety and by section to make very insightful assessments.

Cons

It was written in Europe and some of the instructions use syntax that isn't intuitive to an American English speaker. But their support is terrific.

I did hit a bit of a snag with the thank you page and the email setup for quiz takers, but Frontlead’s support team was incredibly responsive and quickly guided me through the process. Thanks to their help, I had my quiz up and running in no time. Highly recommend Frontlead for anyone looking for a reliable quiz platform with excellent support!

Cons

The setup tutorial needs more details. The screenshots should be replaced with detailed videos.

Pros

Die Formulare sind sehr vielseitig: Viele Fragetypen, Logiken zum Überspringen, Icons aus der Datenbank. Das erleichtert das Erstellen und wirkt professionell.

Cons

Bis jetzt ist uns nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Die Formulare laufen problemlos. Kleine Fragen/Anpassungen wurden mit dem (sehr schnellen) Support geklärt.

Amazing Experience! The product surpassed my expectations with being able to get more information from potential clients, as well redirect them to my affiliate partners contact information or my own online scheduler. Support has been ABSOLUTLY the best, communication with Dietmar has been amazing with answering some questions I had in the beginning before fully purchasing the software.

Pros

Frontlead is beyond easy to use, and it embedded/intergraded with my website perfectly.

Cons

So far no cons, beyond happy with the product and see it as a game changer for my business.

Pros

Obwohl ich noch in der Free-Version unterwegs war, hat sich Frontlead so intensiv um meine Fragen gekümmert, wie du es bei anderen Anbietern - vielleicht - erst erlebst, nachdem du die super-duper Enterprise-Version gekauft hast.Die intuitive Bedienung.

Cons

Der Sprung zwischen der Light-Version mit 200 Kontakten und der Premium-Version mit 2000 Kontakten ist zu groß. Da fehlt noch eine Zwischen-Variante.

\- der Kundenservice- dass, wenn man es einmal verstanden hat, es einfach zu bedienen ist.

Cons

Als Laie bin ich ohne den Support bei den Einstellungen nicht weitergekommen. Hilfreiche Erklärungen im Portal selbst über Erklärungsseiten oder kurze YouTube-Videos wären hilfreich wie z.B bei Squarespace.

Pros

I just had a small issue trying to find out how to make the score function how I wanted, and so the \[sensitive content hidden\] quickly set up a personal invite to a live video call where he explained how to accomplish everything I needed and even more options that I didn't know about! Truly an exemplary customer service experience and I am very happy with what Frontlead can do as a lead magnet for my business! :)

Cons

I wasn't sure how to diagnose my score setup problem at first without help.
