It is easy to use and does not need high technical skills. Pros The ability to teach Human Bot with the needed service data of each company and chat with a combination of a talking avatar and text chat. Cons I have no big complaints about the Human BOT functionality. But a couple of development proposals for the tutorials I have: Short descriptions of different types of business cases and recommendations for contract templates. But I really like the idea of how to create a live chat. Pros It is by far the most awesome product I have ever used. It is fairly easy to use and is very captivating to see it work first hand. I like the fact that it has a lot of features and can be used in literally every situation that may arise. I love the client demo feature and the unlimited choices available to create. So far, I have been experimenting with the features and find the sky is the limit on what it can do. This will be my #1 app Cons For the most part, there is not anything wrong with the app. The learning curve is fairly easy with a couple exceptions. Pros The options, now including AI for the Smart Chat is really useful, I can set campaigns for my business and clients business use and as needed, I can create Greenscreen backgrounds for greater visual customisation. Cons \[sensitive content hidden\] produces great products. My only con is that I would love to be able to integrate them all into one dashboard/UX interface as a user of them. But viewing tutorials helped in this area.
