Asynchronous quizizz make quick and easy "CBT" type training, and excellent pre-training knowledge checks, as well as study tools for our tougher topics. The interface is easy to use, and makes the training fun without making it feel childish. The staff at Quizizz have been super helpful whenever we've run into an issue, and there's always a resolution. I've been pushing Quizizz with other trainers in my organization for about 2 years now because I really believe in the system and what it can do, and I'm constantly excited about the new things the Quizizz team is adding and developing. The product is great, but it can be even better, and the team seems to really see and embrace that. Cons So far, the reporting leaves a lot to be desired, so the post-quiz or presentation admin is pretty time consuming. The customization is also a little lacking, so I am limited on the audiences I can use it with, and much of the material is not able to meet corporate branding standards. I think that's probably more user error than Quizziz. Pros Quizziz is an easy-to-use tool for those who want a fun and engaging way to evaluate what participants learn in training classes. Cons It is not as intuitive as the last tool like it that I used. I don't use it often so I'm still trying to figure out some features. Also, it's "dark". Pros it's stable tool as I have ran quizzes for +1000 students, the different type of quizzes helps to target the best way to engage students. Cons I'll like to increase the max capacity to 3000 participants in the quizzes, I don't like that it doesn't have QR code to the participants easy can join to the quiz, also when it's a unique try they need to log in, we work in training programs for thousand of external students so requesting log in to everyone implicates a ton los extra communication/work; if it could be a way to from a participants database can generate unique quizizz link that could use 1 time would be great. Also, other idea is to if we can upload the full list and generate unique codes to redeem to use the quizizz one time will be also good. Pros Very easy to use. Would have appreciated more information about how to set up spreadsheets to import quizzes - we put everything in manually. When testing the AI functionality it was okay but not perfect, especially as I felt that AI generated answer options (other than the correct answer) were too obviously "wrong." Cons It should be possible to export a spreadsheet of all students in a group and their scores on all quizzes taken. Pros The Quizziz for Work is very easy to use and it has many available ready made resources, too. I also like the output score being seen in the report. I also like the evaluation and the field to where a trainer could input the email of the participant to share the results of quiz standing. Overall, for me, this is an excellent type of resources for a trainer like me, also for the teachers or event host, or any type of users. I like that I can make presentations interactive, however, I don't change things up often enough to warrant the cost of the product. Pros I loved that I could make presentations for community providers and residents in my transitional living program interactive. It helped break up the information and spark conversations throughout. It is an ideal platform for my presenter style. Cons As society and workplaces are moving beyond virtual meetings, the opportunities to use this platform became few and far between. I have go-to material that is nice to present in a variety of settings, however, the annual price is a lot to maintain those presentations that I give repeatedly to different audiences 2-3 times/ year. If I was using this platform weekly or twice monthly, I could see the price being justified. But quarterly at best? It's a lot.
