June 13, 2024 5.0 Meets all of our needs and much more. Feature rich but cost friendly, what's there not to like? Pros The platform is straight forward, intuitive and easy to use. The feature set is extensive for the cost and implementation was a breeze. Support is responsive and helpful. We've looked at many similar platforms and are thrilled we found this one. For the price and features- it can't be beat! You can have this be the last review you read- just buy it! No affiliation to them, just a happy customer! Cons We bought this for several companies and there's not currently a "master" login to be able to easily switch "profiles", instead we have to log out with one email and then login with another. Simple. Pros Create user friendly app. Does exactly what it says at fraction the cost of other platforms. Cons There is no mobile app, however they have a web app although sometimes it can get glitchy. Pros The pricing option right now is very appealing when compared to other competing products; the document is signed with an Entrust certificate which is trusted everywhere; there is API options allowing integrations to other services. Cons There is a ~5 min-ish waiting period before the digital signature is generated for a signed document; and the signature only applies to the document with the audit trail attached, depending on your use case may not be ideal. It was easy to upload a PDF and add the signature and other fields and create a public link for people signing up for my services to sign. Support is also responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend. Cons I had to look around a bit to find the audit trails, that wasn't intuitively placed in the menu for me.
