Ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden. Im Beratungsgespräch vorab wurde klar kommuniziert, was das Tool kann und was (noch) nicht. Hohe Bereitschaft des Teams Wünsche umzusetzen. Die Automationen aufzusetzen ist zum Teil etwas kompliziert, aber man bekommt schnell Support. Ansonsten ist die Benutzer Oberfläche sehr intuitiv.

Pros

Sehr gutes Onboarding, schnelle Rückmeldung vom Support und die Möglichkeit anspruchsvolle Automationsketten aufzusetzen. Auch bei den Automationen bekommt man sehr gute Hilfe von dem hellomateo Team.

Cons

Die Statistiken und Reportings könnten gern detaillierter sein. Klasse wäre es, wenn man individuelle Reports anlegen könnte.

Sehr gut, besonders der persönliche, schnell erreichbare und kompetente Support fällt positiv in der Zusammenarbeit auf.

Pros

Nutzen hellomateo um Bestandskunden wirkungsvoll zu reaktivieren. Ergebnisse der Kampagnen über WhatsApp sind durch die Bank hervorragend, mit ROAS oberhalb von 500%.

Cons

Gibt wenig zu kritisieren, ab und zu gibt es Änderungen im Programm, wo man dann etwas Zeit zur Einarbeitung braucht.
