It allows all the options I was looking for in terms of loading content, and also gives me the ability to rotate it, schedule it at different times, and create playlists with different items. It also allows to send the same playlist to several TVs. Definitely the best I have found by far. Pros It is easy to use, i configured the first screen in less than 5 minutes. I can manage different playlists and switch between them easily. I can also send different screens to different TVs. I can rotate the videos (For vertical display, which is something i needed). I can load content from a different network. Pros The free version offers a lot a the basic and needed functionalities. I talked to the makers via email and they replied professionally and helped answer some questions about the scalability of the product, which seemss great!! Cons Some of the ui elements took some getting used to and maybe the multimedia editing could use some tweaking. Otherwise I would say its very good. If you compare ScreenManager with others, you can see that the features are similar, but the price you pay for ScreenManager is much lower than others. It gives you all the features you need to get your message across to your customers. Working with this cloud application is really easy and convenient.What's also really good is that I've never had any problems with video playback, which is really important. They use banners and screens to show current menus, status of the orders, current promotions, ... We do not need a ton of features, the customer is happy when they can show the content that they want and at the time they want which is exactly what the app promises and delivers. Pros Despite the fact that the app is apparently developed and managed by a small team both the functionality and tech support has been on point so far. Cons Two of the devices that we tried to connect could not be connected through the standard process. In the first case the developer who reached out to us found a workaround and the device runs fine but could not do so regarding the second device. It is fair to add that their online support recommended another device to use instead (and within similar price range). I understand that they cannot test the app with all the available devices but when they apparently have both the knowledge and experience then why is the list of recommended devices not available either on the webpage or in the app description?
