"Sophisticated Platform! "

**Overall:** My overall experience has been great. The Aesthetix team is very thorough through the onboarding process and hands on when it comes to solving problems. \[sensitive content hidden\] was absolutely amazing to work with. Since we have been live the customer service has been outstanding.

**Pros:** I like that it has many functionalities compared to other industry CRMs. The automation is customizable. Marketing and lead management are 5 star.

**Cons:** Reporting could be improved, which is in process. Lack of ability to integrate with my EHR system.

**Reasons for Choosing Aesthetix CRM:** Customizability. Customer Service Reviews.

**Reasons for Switching to Aesthetix CRM:** My Med Leads was a very old system. Outdated and rudimentary functionality.
