10/10. If you are a healthcare provider in any medical capacity, I can give you with utmost certainty that there is no better CRM integration out there.

Pros

Aesthetix CRM is incredibly powerful yet intuitive. The automation capabilities, pipeline management, patient communication tools, and integrations are clearly built with medical aesthetics in mind. It allows us to centralize patient journeys, track conversions, automate follow-ups, and scale across multiple locations without losing control or visibility. The platform is flexible, fast, and clearly designed by people who understand how aesthetic practices actually operate.

Cons

NA. I have to put 100 word minimum so this will be irrelevant free text because everything with aesthetix CRM is incredible.

Pros

Julie did a great job getting us started. The onboarding was pretty straight forward. She took extra time to make sure we got all of our stuff in order that we need.

Cons

The connections I need to trigger some workflows from PtNow Essentials are not there. The triggers that are available don't really make sense or are useful at all. I have not been able to get the support I need from this from either platform.

### "Worth every penny! "

We started in September with on-boarding and launch mid-November. So, thus far we love it! The team loves it even more so, we couldn't be happier with our switch.

Pros

We are a mature office with over 20K contacts. So, making this change was a big over taking and A LOT of patience needed (on both sides, LOL) to set up the many many many automations and with TWO different locations in ONE. The CRM has amazing systems for automations (email, text, and etc.). All centrally located for the team to response timely and efficiently (socials too!). Customer support has made it very easy to set it up and trouble shoot everything continuously as we continue to grow new marketing campaigns and automations as request per our office team members. Lastly, and more importantly being able to track all of our marketing success with the sales has been a game changer.

Cons

Having a bit more training on HOW the system works ahead of time with either training videos (some are provided). However, videos training on workflow setup and concept with more details and limitations of workflows would be great to know. Also videos that we can referral back would be even better. \[sensitive content hidden\] our on-boarding rep would great loom videos explaining the step-by-step actions needed to create or correct something was the best!

It's been great! The onboarding was very simple, I appreciate that it was all basically set up for us, making it very easy to jump in!

Pros

This is the only CRM that truly checks all the boxes. Everything is seamlessly integrated in one place, making it an invaluable marketing and sales asset for our practice. The value is unmatched. We were able to eliminate six other software platforms because Aesthetix CRM covers it all.

Cons

Because it covers so much, there is a lot to learn. I do wish we had a client success manager that we could contact when team help is needed vs. support. Though the support team has been great.

Pros

Pros

The Aesthetix CRM team is incredibly generous with their time to help onboard the team. The onboarding documentation was so organized. I love how many templates and workflows are already created. The automation functionality is limitless for email and SMS. The number of integrations is very impressive - from Facebook to Slack. Support is very responsive and helpful.

Cons

I would love more support articles about building automated workflows. Reporting for board presentations will likely be a manual process as reports cannot be exported. When updates are being made to the system, the CRM runs very slow and often needs to be refreshed.

Aesthetix CRM has become a core part of how we run marketing and patient communication across our clinic locations. The platform is relatively intuitive, the support team is reliable, and the automation depth has meaningfully improved our follow-through on lead nurture and patient retention. For the price point, it delivers a strong breadth of capability - pipeline management, two-way communication, campaign tracking and automation, and Zenoti integration — in a single system. It's a solid choice for any med spa or aesthetics practice that's serious about scaling their patient communication without scaling their headcount.

Pros

\- Automation capabilities: We use the workflow builder for lead nurture sequences, pipeline management integrated with Zenoti, and reactivation and retention campaigns - all running without manual intervention. For a multi-location operation, having that infrastructure in one platform is a real operational advantage. - Value for money is good when compared to other options, even with the HIPAA compliance add-on. - Customer support has been great. The team is responsive, actually resolves issues, and doesn't pass you around. The help article library is also thorough.

Cons

\- Extra charges incurred from outgoing emails/SMS - Lack of data from automated workflows. Ex. What stage of the workflow are people converting / dropping off. Revenue generated by workflows.

### "We finally found a CRM that does it all!"

We have tried so many CRM's and none of them have met our needs with some being absolutely awful. Most recently we tried Redspot and Nextech Lead Management. Leads are so crucial to the success of our practice that we continued the hunt and trying to find something that didn't require multiple software programs to meet our needs. Nextech recommended Aesthetix after we looked into Podium and Salesforce and we were immediately impressed with all of the capabilities it offered in one program, designed specifically for the aesthetics industry. While there is a bit of a learning curve, the program had everything we were looking for and then some. Support is beyond amazing, which is super rare. Most software companies seem to prioritize getting new accounts and lack on proper support with employees who know what they are talking about. \[sensitive content hidden truly cares to help us succeed and has restored our faith in software company representatives. We instantly started getting way more leas with the AI chat widget and are super excited to have all data from all ads and leads coming through one program only. I'd recommend Aesthetix to anybody in this industry. Pricing is totally reasonable and this would work for every practice, no matter the size.

Pros

I love all the capabilities and flow of things. The AI chat widget has totally helped drive a lot more leads and our team is responding to them all day long, which is great. \[sensitive content hidden has been absolutely amazing and we've never had this kind of support with any program over the last 15 years.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve but that's to be expected with how robust the program is. We've also worked through training the AI widget which is also completely understandable.

Aesthetix has everything in one place which makes it easier with better data and actually saves us money so we aren't having different programs for different things. Sometimes, more complex EMR integrations are required to achieve the end goal, but even if it takes a bit more time, the end result is exactly what we wanted.

Pros

Our team loves how user-friendly Aesthetic CRM is for everyday use. The app is excellent.

Cons

When I go to text a patient in Aesthetix CRM, if the patient was not created in the actual Aesthetix app, the patient is not recognized. So instead of being able to text them immediately, I have to stop, go back to Mindbody, grab their contact info, then input the info to Aesthetix. That's been so frustrating that sometimes the providers give up in a rush and text on our work cells. That's the only time we miss Podium because it successully integrated contact info both ways.

\[sensitive content hidden\] was my salesperson and she is great. Set up was a little tricky but that is to be expected. The leads management piece is pretty simple but it can be hard to work through the system when it comes to updating automations, etc and support is not always super helpful. I would prefer someone to be able to talk to live when we have an issue we are trying to solve for. Overall through it has been a good experience and I feel we get a lot of value for what we pay for the system.

lead management functions, customizable automations, executive team is top notch

Cons

reporting is hard to figure out, customer support is lacking at times through the team@ email, getting support after you sign on is a challenge for someone that is not tech saavy

As an organization, we believe that the most valuable aspect of Aesthetix CRM is the Lead Nurture environment we have brought to our new and existing clients. We have seen how this platform allows us to build customer relationships and increase our sales. The user-friendly interface, customizable templates and powerful automation features make Aesthetix CRM a great fit for our needs. We have found that it is easy to track our leads and measure our success with this tool. With the ability to segment customers into groups, target them with personalized messaging, and understand how they are engaging with us, we are confident in our lead nurture workflow now.

Our with Aesthetix has had its share of challenges, as is often the case with onboarding processes. The main issue we've encountered revolves around the integration of our EMR (Zenoti) and Aesthetix APIs. Without seamless integration, utilizing Aesthetix to its full potential has been impossible.Initially, our usage of Aesthetix was limited to managing paid advertisement leads. However, as time progressed, we gradually expanded our utilization to encompass all incoming and outgoing communications. This expansion presented a unique challenge as we had two employees who were unfamiliar with CRM functionality, making it difficult for them to fully grasp and operate the system.While we acknowledge the bumps along the way, we remain committed to achieving optimal functionality and efficiency with Aesthetix.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] at AEsthetix is amazing! She will help you easily migrate your data, and really set everything up for you. Plus she will take the time to explain EVERYTHING in detail, and responds quickly to questions as you ramp up use of the platform. If you want software that will help you accurately track your sales pipeline from incoming lead to sale, this is it. Plus save your call center and front desk time by automating most of the lead contact tasks. After switching from Kustomer, I never looked back 😀

Cons

Id like the incoming call features to be fully functioning.
