Overall, this platform has taken some unneeded stress out of my daily work life.

Pros

The maintenance portal makes my daily operations very easy to navigate and organize. The process of creating and managing work orders is seamless. As someone who works primarily with the smart home, the team works hard to add new features and improvements. They are also always willing to work with requests for new features or additions to compatible equipment.

Cons

Since the company is relatively new when it comes to the smart home aspect, there is still support that needs to be implemented such as more compatible devices. Being one of the first users of the equipment meant I would encounter some minor software bugs that still need to be worked out, but the team is great at working on those issues.

Pros

The product is extremally streamlined, and user friendly. Both Employees and Resident have a simple experience that makes daily tasks, and organizing your daily tasks straight forward and easy to use.

Cons

Still a work in progress, but the team is always open to improvements and implement them very quickly, and tailors them to your needs.

Pros

Propify is quickly becoming a one-stop shop for all everything Property Management related. From prospect to applicant to resident, this allows a smooth easy experience for your clients. On top of that, it also houses nearly everything you'll need to manage your homes from leasing to management to maintenance. It's an excellent product for anyone looking to scale their portfolio!

Cons

It is newer, so there are features that can be improved upon, but the team does an excellent job of taking feedback and working with us to implement improvements quickly and seamlessly.

Process improvements made by utilizing this software have significantly enhanced efficiency, reduced administrative burden, and improved resident satisfaction.

Cons

Overall, this system has been a game changer. My only desire would be to see it linked with other additional tools in the future.
