September 15, 2023 5.0 Pros The UI interface is elegant, sleek, modern, easy on my eyes (dark mode) and so intuitive. Lots of tutorials available if you get stuck. Setup was a breeze. We have tried other CRM tools in the past, and most of them are o-kay but it's limited to emails only. This is the future! After using Breakcold and seeing all its social selling capabilities, integrations, pipeline and leads management amongst others, you won't want nor will you need to use anything else to manage your leads, nurture your contacts and have conversations flowing easily and organic! Cons So far, I really like Breakcold and I know its founder is constantly making it better for us. I know this is a feature request that may or may to be developed, but I think it would be great to have Facebook integration. That's a great feeling to have input on the development of the product. I am confident they are going in the right direction, just can't see what they release next. Pros The main Feed dashboard and the ability to DM and E-mail from multiple accounts from the same dashboard is awesome and very convenient. This is saving me a lot of time, even with other tools like Apollo just make it more complicated in the end. Breakcold's chrome extension also make it super easy to get a lead in the CRM and with the right details, fast. Cons I would like to see automations become a big part of the platform to make it even faster to convert leads. Follow ups especially, and more integrations, specifically with video outreach tools, like Sendspark, that would be amazing and super helpful since you can request videos back from leads/clients also. Specially nowadays with so much digital noise.Breakcold has been a loaf of fresh air, simplifying all this process of outreash and create online relationships with people you don´t know. Pros I would say it is an interactive CRM that i can use to create and build relationships from the ground up.I can use it from lead prospecting up to lead enrish, engagement , sales and contracts.All in one app. Cons I use Breakcold for all my brands, so i would love to be able to group my lists into folders. Pros Unlike some of its competitors, Breakcold is actually fun to use. The platform is very intuitive, but also features a checklist and knowledge base to get you up and running in no time. We love its features, its ease of use, and its seamless integration into our social media platforms. Being an agency, it also makes it easy to manage our clients' sales pipelines as well. Pros Brekcold makes it easy to nurture good relationships with potential clients & customers on LinkedIn, Twitter and email. As an agency, Breakcold is our primary CRM (and we recommend it to about 70% of our clients too). Cons It would be nice to connect Breakcold to Instagram too, to be able to build relationships there too (completely different audience). This feature alone would make Breakcold useful for over 90% of our clients (instead of the current 70%). If Breakcold could extend its CRM funcionalities and integrate into forms on a website (without losing its "LinkedIn first" approach), then 100% of our clients would use Breakcold, and we wouldn't need to implement a secondary CRM system either. Pros I can integrate LinkedIn profiles, create segments of prospects into specific lists, and access their recent posts, all from Breakcold. This allows me to engage directly (through comments, likes, or messages) without having to open LinkedIn. The best feature is the ability to add an unlimited number of team members, enabling them to assist with the work. I’m also a big fan of the stuff the founder shares. This content has been a game-changer for me, helping me step up my skills big time. I’ve found the tips on email outreach super helpful. It’s great to have everything I need in one place and also get some cool advice on the side. And I'm not from the sales background but this CRM is super simple to understand and make it work. Cons I remember when I was trying to figure out how to do this big bulk action and couldn't find the button, and it was so confusing. But then I reached out to the support team and they helped me out. Pros LinkedIn is great for lead generation and engagement, but it lacks a lot of functionality that Breakcold delivers, e.g. a selective timeline where you can follow the people you want to instead of what an algorithm selects. Cons Monitoring many people leads to very long times until all posts are loaded. What looks like a malfunction is rather a security function. LinkedIn acts pretty restrictive when external systems access an account. The delayed actions of Breakcold care for not being locked out of your account. It is significant to force a change in my workflow. Pros With Linkedin, its easy to lose track of prospects, their conversations and their data. If breakcold was built into Linkedin, everyone would be a millionaire. The secret to Linkedin, is engaging with prospects when they are interested, not when you want to pitch. Breakcold helps with the law of familiarity, helps you particiate in the conversation with clients and get them to meetings. You an even run campaigns if you so choose. Cons I was sad when twitter pulled the ability for programs like Breakcold to participate. Twitter doesnt know what its missing. Pros it has a clean interface and everything I need for social selling is under one roof. No more changing 1000 tabs just to send a personalized message. The CRM is smoother than more expensive alternatives. The lack of limits on leads stored and emails sent per month it's a fresh breeze for my brain. When I use breakcold, it almost feels like a suit tailor made for me, instead of a engineering behemot like many sales tools. I have not use id yet but I have already a good plan for it. Pros I like that it help to label the linkedin leads, add it into an status, and later reviewt it in the pipeline. In the feed you can see the leads by label. Wich is great for me because i have a label for my competitors too. Cons At the beginning it takes some time to add the data.
