But before our efforts were always chaotic and hard to track (we created spreadsheets, but never really used them well). With Breakcold, the whole LI prospecting effort seems 10x more effective and professional. Pros If you're interested in prospecting on Linkedin (and if you're not, you should be), this is the ultimate tool. From within the tool you can track interesting leads, follow influencers in your niche, like and comment on their content, and generally just have a feed for all your prospecting needs. It's easy to use, support is great and they really seem like a team on a mission (which means this product will more likely grow and last). Cons Integration was easy as chips. But like with most tools, getting the most out of it takes a bit of time playing around. September 11, 2023 5.0 I really enjoy using the product, and the best part, I'm connected with one of the co-founders on LinkedIn, and anytime I reach out, he is super quick to get back to me. Great support! Pros I can't say enough good things about Breacold. The fact that we now have a tool that directly integrates with LinkedIn and allows you to run your sales process without 3 or 4 other tools, is just awesome. I use it daily to capture prospects into my pipeline and follow their movement to ensure I don't miss a beat. The inbox feature is insane, you can send messages in LinkedIn, X, and email without leaving the platform, and now I'm hearing that its going to be unified...WHAT!??? Cons There isn't anything in particular, the CRM is still young, and many basic functionalities will inevitably be added, but all in good time. One is with someone I've known for two decades and cultivated extensively over that time. They know I want their business and negotiate accordingly. The other was with someone I engaged with for about two weeks using Breakcold who then reached out to me with no sense of being sold to. There was no negotiation - I simply set my price. Pros Easy integration with LinkedIn. Works well for following targets. Good email integration.Very affordable. Cons Twitter stopped working. Logs me out fairly often. Eventually we had to cancel the subscription but not because of the product. It was all because our sales team was unprepared to go on social media and build meaningful connections with their prospects :( So many amazing and useful features of this tool were completely ignored by the sales reps. At some point I gave up and switched to simple cold emailing solutions that don't involve our SDRs at all — easier that way. If not for that, I absolutely loved the experience. Pros We started using Breakcold as one of the tools when we launched our Leadgen program internally (before that we had to outsource). We very happy with the quality of leads, customer support was amazing. Great tutorials on pretty much anything, and all the features we needed to up our cold outreach game.
