Not once but twice. 1st Experience on 11 November 2024: I was about to write an exam online, but I couldn't as the Dugga app wouldn't allow me to past to the next page. When I clicked on "Start Exam" it was loading for like half a second, but nothing happened. This was ongoing for 2 hours straight. Terrible! 2nd Experience on 2 December 2024: I was about to write a supplementary exam but again the app did not allow me to write the exam. The moment I click on "Start Exam" it tells me "Please exit lockdown mode and launch the Invigilator app before starting the exam", however the Invigilator app is already launched and running. Pros Nothing, there is absolutely nothing I liked about Dugga. Cons Support team take hours to assist. Support team cannot help fixing the issue at hand.
