OrangeQC has been a remarkably efficient and intuitive tool for providing critical and timely information to our customers. Inspection event, no matter what kind, should be targeted at optimizing the value of what is being inspected. So, whatever tool is used to document an inspection event, it must efficiently collect useful/effective data. OrangeQC has proved to be such a tool for us and our clients. Our prior inspections utilized hand written forms and digital pictures, then transcribed into word/excel forms, itemizing the corresponding picture # (and picture file), inserting pictures and/or then merging all documents into a pdf....all of this effort and time is now saved; actually, we've been able to use this time saved to increase the value/quality of our services to clients. It's important to note, that while OrangeQC is a great inspection tool, if there is any data that someone needed to collect, on anything, OrangeQC's has fit a number of other needs of ours such as inventory collection, condition assessments, and preliminary site design data collection.... As for responsiveness and helpfulness, I don't think I've met any customer service folks that are as good as they are. PROS: Very effective/efficient means of collecting and delivering reports with data/photos, easy to use, and easy to pull/query data, edit/quality control the data, and reformat for customized reports. CONS: None really. There are enhancements that may be considered/made in the future should enough of their clients need/recommend them: 1) broadening the standard web reporting/graphing tools and options, 2) enabling an edit/delete function for data/line items that need it, and 3) creating an upload feature for inspection form criteria. OVERALL IMPRESSION: Its a great inspection and data collection tool. We all enjoy using it, though some of our less technology savvy teammates were nervous at first, they are all expert data collectors now. We are constantly finding ways for it to meet additional needs our ours and our clients. I highly recommend OrangeQC to anyone who has inspection and data collection needs.

We have been using Orange QC for a few years now and i have to say that it has been a key software for our success with our clients. Its simple, neat and effective, but at the same time, powerful. I highly recommend this software. Pro's for US: Great support, clean design, simple to use (basically no training required). Ability to take pictures, comments and tickets (for follow-ups).

Orange QC fits the bill if you are looking for a good Quality Auditing System. Its easy to use but will require an small investment of time to get set up in the first instance. Orange QC diligently delivers frame work and structure to the 'checking process' There are some shortcomings and little niggles but we have found the team behind the scenes are always working away in the back ground to shape the future of Orange QC
