My overall experience was great love the customer service experience.
Easy platform to use and very supportive and respectful staff, we are very satisfied with the product and the service.

The app can delay the screen at times when visitors are checking in.
Sometimes it goes offline and then we can't use it because it just spins.

Overall: I have been working with our Repicity machine for about three years, and would not trade it for any other. It is reliable and easy to work.
Pros: It takes your temperature. No need for pen and paper - people love signing using the tip of their finger. It is very convenient. When help is needed, a Representative is always there to help.
