  • My overall experience was great love the customer service experience.

  • Easy platform to use and very supportive and respectful staff, we are very satisfied with the product and the service.

  • Simple yet effective very simple to use yet very effective and the support crew very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

  • The app can delay the screen at times when visitors are checking in.

  • Sometimes it goes offline and then we can't use it because it just spins.

  • Nothing that we don’t like with the application.

"Nursing Home positive experience"

Overall: I think Repticity is a great service that has helped our business track visitors and provide a formal and professional facility visitor experience

Pros: Great for tracking visitors and being able to have a printable name badge

Cons: Nothing that we don’t like with the application

Reasons for Switching to Repticity: More features during Covid and ability to manage messages to visitors

"Seacrest nursing home"

Overall: Excellent is how i would describemy overall experience

Pros: The communication with the repticity whenever i need help or to keep me updated with the latest and newest equipments and firmware.

Cons: Nothing. Nothing i can think of that i least like

"Nice tool for visitor logs"

Overall: It's easy for all users to check in hardly needed any help.

Pros: Simple user interface, easy report running

Cons: User can close the app by mistake easily, and not possible to lock down the setting for someone to make changes

"Amazing customer service "

Overall: Service with Repticity has always been efficient and effective.

Pros: We get a weekly call from [sensitive content hidden] asking if we need any assistance with the check in kiosks and to make sure the system is working properly. When we have called for assistance [sensitive content hidden] has always been amazing at helping us immediately.

Cons: We have no cons just pros about Repticity.

"Repicity is Awesome."

Overall: I have been working with our Repicity machine for about three years, and would not trade it for any other. It is reliable and easy to work.

Pros: It takes your temperature. No need for pen and paper - people love signing using the tip of their finger. It is very convenient. When help is needed, a Representative is always there to help.

Cons: Wish there was more than one at the front desk.

"Pine Creek"

Pros: I like that our rep [sensitive content hidden] checks in frequently in regard to the services they provide. Anytime I need help he assists me.

"Using Repticity"

Overall: Pretty easy to use and the things I have needed help with [sensitive content hidden] has walked me through.

Pros: I like the support from [sensitive content hidden] if something ids wrong. He is outstanding in support and very helpful!

Cons: Sometimes it goes offline and then we can't use it because it just spins.

"Rececptionist"

Overall: I find this machine to be a very professional way in Logging all visitors.

Pros: Its a very simple and professional machine to work with.

Cons: It works with the weather. Whenever it gets cloudy the machine freeze and I have to reset it, always.

"Repticity Review"

Overall: I Like how it keep record of who visits patients or staff.

Pros: It saves time in not having to check everyone in, nor taking their temperature. It also keeps a log of every staff and visitor that comes in after they sign in. Great Customer Support Service

Cons: Visitor badge machine doesn't always print.

"Kiosk review"

Overall: Good experience like to be able to see who is in the facility

Pros: Able to have visitors check and get badge. Also can go back and see times with their numbers

Cons: Kiosks go down at times but can call and they are able to fix

"BPNC Review of Repticity"

Overall: Repticity helped our facility is so many ways but most especially in preventing the spread of COVID, as an early detection device. User interface is very intuitive and they have friendly and knowledgeable staff always will to help.

Pros: Easy screening process and ease of use. Very user-friendly

Cons: A few software glitches but easily fixable
