### "Replit - I found my calling because of you"

July 30, 2025

5.0

In general, I love it, my life is greater with Replit in it. I am able to finally take action on my ideas and make them come to life.

Pros

I love the simplicity of giving it a task and within minutes having a template, a base, or in some cases a fully flushed out product. The amount of hours I have saved on projects for ideas I have had for years is truly untold. The ease of use is quite simple. You do need some tech background knowledge when it comes to launching, reviewing, security, and principles , but you can also just wing it for a MVP.

Cons

Some times I will chat to the agent to fix something, it will go through steps, say it's fixed and then I go check and it's not fixed. Other times it will take it upon itself to make more changes than I have asked. This isn't always happening, but it has happened where I have had to revert back and make sure to tell it not to change anything else.

### "The Replit Agent is unbelievably powerful."

August 24, 2025

5.0

The Replit Agent is unbelievably powerful. It can complete coding tasks and build what you ask as long as you have an understanding of what is possible. If you have no experience coding you can build and will learn a lot from using it. Overall I have been very impressed by the Replit agent capabilities, and how easy it is to integrate databases and other tools into software within Replit. The Agent also does a good job of attempting to guide on secure implementation.

Pros

I have been using replit for a few months. As a small business owner, the AI agent has enabled me to write code for software which has saved time with the admin tasks of running my small businesses. I have been able to replace 100's of dollars worth of subsription costs for tools like inventory tracking with much smaller Replit deployment fees and I own the software so I can add features when I want. I am so impressed I am currently working on a SAAS business with software built on replit.

Cons

I think there should be the option to bulk buy credits at a discounted rate. Or a higher monthly cost package with more free credits. (Reward heavy users)

### "Great experience "

August 18, 2025

4.0

Extremely positive, like the style and integration of the entire experience. Overall a great experience and can be massively improved with more structured specification of requirements and some type of formal acceptance tests.

Pros

The full integration of IDE, Agent and query with a friendly informative UI. The terrifying speed with which one can achieve a working prototype is fantastic.

Cons

It isn’t (yet?) .NET focussed, my preferred tech stack. I also think it somehow needs to have more structure to the mechanism for specification. Just “plain English” isn’t enough. I would like to be able to specify acceptance tests in some way.

### "Replit works well - take your time, start simple"

August 18, 2025

4.0

I haven't built anything huge in it, but I have built multiple apps that have been really useful for me and I have also used it extensively to code out deep dive content pieces

Pros

I find it easy to use and very intuitive to use. I like the interface, and its amazingly quick. It provides recommendations without just rolling them into the apps i'm building, and I have found its great if you start small and iterate in logical, medium sized steps

Cons

I think a bit more clarity on the choices for deployment and what it entails would be great, in terms of how much server space you need etc. There have been a few times where I dug too deep or got greedy and it has broken some apps, but the rollback feature seems to work well in these cases

### "Amazing results once you get past the learning curve! Fix the pricing!"

July 28, 2025

5.0

I love replit and everything it has allowed me to do. I will continue using this through my subscription and hopefully the pricing mechanism gets changed. I feel that it’s still the most intuitive vibe coding app out there for non-coders.

Pros

I love rep it and it has helped me launch a successful, SAAS. As a non-technical founder, I have been able to show and express my ideas and create apps on the spot for people that I would never have been able to do without it.

Cons

The most aggravating thing about rep is fixing one thing while disregarding the entire application that you’ve built, and then having to deal with the repercussions for many more prompts. Fixing one error would cause five more to appear because of routing issues. The new pricing model has made my company look elsewhere due to the unpredictable nature of how much things will cost to change or implement. I did not like that rep would hit a point that it could no longer figure out what to do and would go a completely different route that meant many of the systems you had in place would then have to be adjusted.

### "One of the best tool for non-coders "

June 15, 2025

5.0

Very impactful, easy to use and quick to deploy tool for those who don't have coding background. Its AI agent assistant is indeed a great help for coding.

Pros

\- Truly best no-code Cloud based, AI enabled, coding assistant for beginners and experienced developers - Doesn't need any installation, it just runs on users browser - AI agent assist users with code generation in natural language - Quick deployment with single click in the platform - Its robust capability covers various programming languages - Patches and modules automatically gets installed based on ask

Cons

\- For beginners the UI may seem little cultured initially but after sometime the user will get accustom with it without any issues. - Struggles with large and complex applications - Lacks debugging feature

### "Worth every penny. Works like 5 people!"

August 17, 2025

4.0

Very positive. It's a great tool to do mass coding work to save loads of time. It can really help you just focues on architecture, monetization, security and value for money of your software.

Pros

It's very low-level entry in terms of technical knowledg. I can see that even a non-technical person can code up an app and deploy it with a database and everything integrated in Replit. I'm a more advanced engineer, but the UI is very easy and intuitive for all knowledge levels.

Cons

I think there is quite a lot more work to be added to the Agent's memory. The agent oftentimes iterates over itself with something it just changed, and codes the same thing that was causing the issue in the first place. The Replit team should find a way to make the agent somehow remember exactly what it tried before, and take different approaches each new iteration of debugging.

### "Super happy, super productive"

August 13, 2025

5.0

As a regular user, I am in love with the product. It has allowed me to build prototypes and fully functional apps at unprecedented speeds and a fraction of what it would've cost. That said, the model still has opportunity to understand instructions better and execute accordingly. It can get frustrating at times to ask for the same thing multiple times and have it tell you how well it has done it each time. Nevertheless, I am very happy with it.

Pros

Intuitive, fully agentic and builds in a sandbox. Gives full access to code. It has allowed me as a backend engineer to produce beautiful, responsive frontend.

Cons

The stack is limited to React and doesn't support NextJs. It would also be nice to choose the ORM tool and also a vanilla DB (neon is okay but I prefer just Postgres)

### "The clear leader in a world of AI-powered software development"

August 21, 2025

5.0

Seeing what it was capable of doing was a bit of an epiphany - the world in which I can just tell AI what I want it builds it is here. As I've delved deeper, I've realized it's more like a mid-level software developer with a middle-schooler's understanding of business context, but being super specific and pedantic solves most of that ;)

Pros

Replit is one of the only AI code-writing services that lets me go from english-language product spec to deployed app without mucking around with code, provisioning servers, and other DevOps type of issues. A+ for that!

Cons

Doing a truly unique and innovative UI is still something I have to do outside of Replit. While I'm not a designer, the general sense I get is that the UIs Replit produces are good, but utilitarian. Also, I REALLY wish it could produce iOS mobile apps w/ a back-end. As it stands I need to have software development knowledge and will have to cobble together several different frameworks to kinda/sorta get it to work.

### "Understanding and Using Replit Correctly for Beginners"

August 28, 2025

4.0

I also think Replit's ability to build apps and websites on your own, even without coding, is a positive choice. However, given its support for over 50 different languages and environments, I believe it would be even more appealing to a wider audience if it had an academy or beginner's guidebook, offering step-by-step instructions for beginners to learn Replit's various skills, including how to use it for the first time, how to use it, and collaboration. Examples of collaboration, how to use Ghostwriter, an AI coding assistant, and step-by-step instructions for beginners on how to create and launch a Replit are all necessary.

Pros

Replit's greatest strength is its ease of access. It's browser-based, requiring no separate installation, making it easy to get started. For coding beginners like me, the biggest advantage lies in its ability to automatically generate code and create apps and websites through basic documentation or conversations with AI.

Cons

The most difficult or challenging aspect of using Replit is that one of its key features is collaboration. Unfortunately, as an individual and a non-English-speaking user in Asia, I haven't had the opportunity to collaborate with anyone. The biggest disappointment was the inability to learn from and collaborate with others through real-time chat, code sharing, and real-time multi-user editing.

### "Love the Idea, But Tech Isn’t There Yet"

August 25, 2025

1.0

I subscribed to Replit Core (annual plan, July 2025) because I love the concept — a simple, collaborative cloud coding platform. Unfortunately, the technology just isn’t there yet. The $25/month in credits included with Core disappear very quickly, not because of heavy work on my end, but because the platform often fails to follow instructions properly. This means repeating tasks, re-running code, and burning through credits on inefficiencies rather than actual progress. Also taking up my valuable time. Support feels canned and impersonal — more like dealing with a chatbot than a real human. Instead of looking at my projects and logs (which they already have access to), they asked me to waste time gathering screenshots. The idea of Replit is fantastic, but in practice, annual subscribers are treated like they’re on a prepaid meter: credits vanish, overage charges loom, and the experience is more frustrating than productive.

Pros

I love the concept — a simple, collaborative cloud coding platform. For someone like me with no coding background, it’s great that you can just log in and start building without setting anything up. Everything is in one place and easy to get into.

Cons

Until Replit improves its reliability, billing fairness, and support, I can’t recommend it. Love the concept, but the execution isn’t there yet.

### "Ease of Use"

July 24, 2025

4.0

Overall, using the platform has been a very positive experience. However, there is still room for improvement, especially when it comes to solving recurring issues and handling troubleshooting more efficiently.

Pros

The speed and accuracy in generating the first version of the code were impressive, making it easy to get started and test ideas quickly.

Cons

The generated code is not very modular, and simple problems are often not resolved efficiently, consuming a lot of checkpoints. Many times it feels like being stuck in an unresolved loop.

### "Replit has truly revolutionized how developers build applications."

July 12, 2025

5.0

One small point to mention is that the credit system was recently changed, and I’m still evaluating whether it’s a good or bad shift overall. It’s too early to say for sure, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Pros

AI coding assistance that speeds prototyping and learning. Instant, browser-based coding across any device.

Cons

Extensive language support (50+ languages) ideal for varied workflows, with real-time collaboration, multiplayer editing features.

### "Replacing teams of developers to quickly launch tools and products!"

August 28, 2025

5.0

Overall I am very excited about all the opportunities Replit gives me to develop concepts very quickly and to put products and tools into production without needing to hire or contract a single developer. I am able to leverage my background in product development and product management to write up details scopes of work and within minutes have a functional tool ready to go.

Pros

Replit started out as a prototyping tool for me to quickly develop a proof of concept for a critical app that was needed for the Non profit organization I work with. Not only was I able to get from concept to working product extremly quickly but the prototype proved itself so well that we are using it as our production product! We are now pursuing other opportunities and ideas to meet our product development needs as we scale.

Cons

I found the amount of rework to be significantly high. Many features and changes I ask for create issues or break other working features. I do find myself spending more time correcting broken features than working on new features and testing.

### "The future of software is in your hands - Give Replit a try "

August 13, 2025

5.0

Overall, this is the future. If you have an idea to create bespoke software, give this platform a go - the constant improvements to the agent layer is making development a lot easier, especially for non-coding people.

Pros

The ability to create professional software so quickly is an incredible benefit of the Replit platform - I have been most impressed with the agent's capabilities and structured approach. The layout of the platform is simple enough for those without a coding background, but it has all the layers if you need to dive into code. I really enjoy the ease of deployment and the ability to work on the next version without impacting your live environment. I should also say the support team is very responsive - I had an issue where my live product was constantly pinging the websocket connection - they provided great guidance to fix it.

Cons

Initially, I found myself doing a lot of testing that I wasn't expecting to do, but once I realised how to adjust my prompts, it reduced the testing and retesting significantly.

### "The ideal developer?"

August 19, 2025

3.0

I'm impressed with Replit. It's exactly how you envision the ideal developer. The tool always provides a (friendly and patient) response and is proactive. One drawback is that Replit builds features without asking, even though you first have to submit a proposal of what you want to develop. Another drawback is that it sometimes doesn't implement or skips tasks, but claims to have done them. Regularly asking follow-up questions is important. But that's not always a problem, because it forces you to remain critically involved in the development process.

Pros

Ease of use and rapid development are arguably the most important reasons to use Replit. Not just for applications, but also for integrating external APIs. APIs can be incorporated into applications relatively easily. The fact that Replit then creates its own documentation is great. That's always a low priority. Moreover, the costs are relatively low.

Cons

Replit doesn't always deliver what it promises. So, if in doubt, always check. Another disadvantage is that you can't quickly make a copy of a Replit app and make it operational. It's possible, but it's not easy.

### "Business Consultant"

August 11, 2025

5.0

Overall, Replit is an amazing platform, and with a few tweaks to the credit system, it would be absolutely perfect.

Pros

Replit is an incredible platform for building and hosting apps quickly. The ease of use, collaborative features, and ability to code in so many languages right from the browser make it a game-changer for developers of all skill levels. I’ve been able to create and share projects much faster than with any other tool I’ve tried.

Cons

One thing I’d love to see improved is the availability of credits. The included credits are great, but for those of us building multiple or more resource-intensive apps, they run out quickly. It would be fantastic if there were more credits available, or an option to purchase extra credits at a discounted rate so we could keep building without interruptions.

### "Excellent choice to develop with Replit"

July 9, 2025

4.0

Working with Replit is nice. The longer you work, the more you work, the more it feels like an employee or colleague who can direct you to have tasks carried out. It works quickly and accurately, although there are sometimes misconceptions. Along the way you also learn to develop your own skills and you come to surprising choices that lead to efficient use of the Portal.

Pros

Awkward at first, but now a fantastic product to build what we want. From website to APPs. It is also fun to experience how AI works and what progress AI makes. Fantastic.

Cons

The processing of Prompts by the Agent does not always go well. Interpretation is one thing, giving prompts is another. Learning curve on both sides. It is a pity that the Interface is only in English and not in the Netherlands

### "Replit Review from GoDev Technologies"

July 30, 2025

4.0

Overall experience has been good, but not spectacular. I know Replit is a newer solution so I have grace for what they are building. As a developer, no software is spectacular in it's genesis. I just know its going to get better and more intuitive.

Pros

It's simple to get started and it creates a great user experience not only for the developer, but the end user who will be using the software created. It does a great job with intuitive placements of controls and functionality within the app being created. You can build a good simple application quickly.

Cons

At first, i would get frustrated that check points would get eaten up by what should be the simplest tasks. I lost a lot of check points because it didn't naturally clear cache and restart the app when needed, so it didn't seem that bugs were fixed. The other issue I still experience, is many features in a built app work great, but as we continue to build, many times non-related parts of the application become broken as the agent is changing code. You can NEVER assume other parts of the app is functioning properly after making any changes.

### "Replit is the go to no code / vibe code platform!"

September 7, 2025

5.0

I’m on my second annual subscription already! Usually, I’ll take a spec from gpt-5 pro or opus 4.1 and have replit go to town.

Pros

Great product for no-code spin ups of an MVP for almost anything! Handles everything from front-end design, to backend db/auth, to deployment.

Cons

It’s hard to do certain things like access a “local” dev server and authenticate codex cli. Also hard to find domain registration.

### "Ferramenta prática e poderosa para programação online"

August 11, 2025

5.0

August 5, 2025

5.0

Overall has been a big positive for us as a small business being able to do more in house without the expense of out-sourcing development.

Pros

It has meant we’ve been able to build beyond what we had the developmental power to do ourselves. Has been very helpful and a lot of fun to use.

Cons

The Ai agent, like most ai systems makes some mistakes. This sometimes means using credits to make the mistakes and then you need to use more credits to then fix it.

### "Perfect for Quick MVPs and Fast Prototyping"

September 17, 2025

5.0

Replit has become my go-to tool for rapid prototyping and lightweight collaboration. Whether I’m sketching out an MVP, testing code snippets, or teaching others, it saves me time and lowers the barrier to trying new ideas. It’s intuitive enough for beginners but powerful enough to kickstart serious projects.

Pros

Replit makes building quick MVPs and experimenting with ideas incredibly easy. I can spin up a project in seconds, collaborate in real time, and test concepts without worrying about setup or infrastructure. Its simple interface and wide language support make prototyping a breeze, even when juggling multiple projects.

Cons

The platform can feel limited for larger, more complex projects—performance and customization options aren’t as strong as a full local development environment. Occasionally, packages take longer to install or updates lag slightly.

### "Remarkable App"

October 4, 2025

4.0

Great application. I've learned a lot, though would like to find ways to make it more of a learning experience so that I could work alongside the AI agent. Right now I rely on the Agent to do everything since I am not technical. Overall a pretty amazing product.

Pros

I like that you can work with an agent to build an app from the ground up. The app allows individuals to do what would otherwise take team. It's fun to dream up new ideas to see what AI can do.

Cons

I can get very frustrated at the AI if it gets the prompt wrong and you have to iterate a lot to fix something very simple.

### "Beware, CLIs Are Eating Your Lunch"

August 15, 2025

3.0

The initial experience was great, but I’m finding myself using Claude Code CLI more often since it’s tailored to my preferences. As a software engineer with over 30 years of experience, I greatly value the flexibility and control that CLI tools offer.

Pros

What I love most about Replit is how it lets me build SPAs and web apps entirely in the browser—no setup hassle, no environment friction. The collaborative coding, AI-powered assistance, fast deployment, and ready-to-go templates all make development seamless, flexible, and enjoyable

Cons

The user interface feels outdated, and the support experience has been disappointing—one of my tickets remained unresolved for over a week. To ensure the service remained online, I ultimately deployed it using Vercel.
