### "Great tool with the paid subscription!"

April 18, 2026

4.0

Good! I am about to customize response language and response information on Claude with the correct prompts and information. This product is intuitive and easy to use. For the paid subscription you do get more responses and better quality copy and image creation.

Pros

Claude is thorough when given the right prompts, can be customized to your needs, and is easy to use for basic features immediately. I was able to just start typing my question and prompts into Claude and received immediate, relevant responses.

Cons

Claude only produces a small amount of responses in the free version. Users have to be at least $20 a month to make this product useful.

### "Bit costly but , the best there is."

March 27, 2026

5.0

I have built and created many things with it. I haven't seen any other competitor come closer when comes to its practical usabilty.

Pros

I really like the claude opus model they are a notch up above others. Even when you read its thought process it makes contradiction to its thinking , it explores every possible solution and remove one by one thinking how it could go wrong . I mean it's really impressive even for software engineer.

Cons

It's limit get exhausted quickly for it your heavy user with many high quality prompt. Doesn't have minimum free usage for IDE , bit costly than others.

### "The worst AI experience I have had"

April 15, 2026

1.0

HORRIBLE!! Who cares if the AI is good at anything if it loses your work and then tells you that you've hit your daily limit after 10 minutes. And their policy that you can only cancel the renewal and not get your money back is disgusting! If I had known they were this bad, I never would have given them my money in the first place.

Pros

It wrote one paper very well. It was on the longer side but it did well gathering the content and "sounding like a human."

Cons

It was almost impossible to get it to connect. It LOST projects - twice I had to recreate a project. And the usage limits were ridiculously low. I was listed as a Pro and in less than 10 minutes of work, I had reached my daily limit. I also had problems with authenticating. It would text me a code, I would copy and paste it in and it would say it's wrong and that I can come back and try again later.

I had heard a lot of good reviews about Claude. I will be going back to ChatGPT though. Even if Claude is the better product, it is too unstable and it's daily limits are STUPIDLY low. I AM ANGRY!!!

### "Claude made my daily work much easier"

March 19, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with claude has been very positive. it became part of my daily workflow. the responses are accurate, well structured and easy to understand. I would highly recommend it to students, and professionals who want a smart AI assistant to boost their productivity.

Pros

I am using claude for the past 5 months for research and summarizing long documents. it understood my queries in hindi and english mixed languages very well. when I asked it to help me write an emails, it gave me multiple options to choose from which saved me a lot of time

Cons

sometimes the responses are a bit detailed than needed for simple questions, but still it is actually helpful for complex topics. the free version has a daily usage limit which just makes me want to upgrade to the paid plans as the tool is very useful.

### "Great Daily Driver Ai"

November 24, 2025

5.0

My overall experience has been great. I just hope they maintain the quantity and quality for loyal customers and not try to slowly increase our bills.

Pros

Claude is my daily driver for Ai. Everything from simple queries to writing code, reviewing code and fixing code. As a WordPress developer, it's helped me increase my speed an accuracy a tremendous amount. The value for money on a pro membership is solid.

Cons

The daily and weekly usage amounts have been slowly shrinking and it's obvious. It feels disingenuous to long time customers to slowly shrink the service while also trying to increase prices. If claude has an error, it can eat up a bunch of tokens and you're stuck until they refresh with no help from customer service.

### "A friendly name to a useful asset."

February 25, 2025

5.0

Pleasant. Like chatting with a colleague while also looking to pull him up on certain things if it doesn't make complete sense.

Pros

I like that I can add documents and files and it can use lots of information to make a decision.

Cons

There's a time-out when you use it a lot, but that workable. It also used to check URLs but currently doesn't. Also if the chat gets too big you have to start again, just to resend lots of the same info.

### "Too limited, even for paying users"

February 27, 2025

3.0

I was initially excited about Claude. It seemed robust, particularly when code or analysis was requested, and it didn't have the fawning sycophancy or thin skin that ChatGPT often displays. I signed up for a paid month quickly and dove in on several projects. My initial impression quickly soured as Claude began posing quick message limits, particularly if the conversation did not resolve in a few posts. This was particularly annoying as a paid user. In one particularly bad example, it literally stalled several times, asking unnecessary questions or apologizing when called out for asking unnecessary questions rather than offering an answer. When it finally answered, that answer was objectively wrong, inconsistent with prior chat context, and triggered the exceeded message limit. I had to wait a day and start an entirely new window to get it to generate the 81 possible combinations for a training game we were creating. I have since canceled my paying membership. I will use Claude personally for free from time to time, but I will not be paying for business use again any time soon.

Pros

The coding feature is nice. Claude has a good grasp on a wide array of topics. Claude is not as sensitive as ChatGPT in terms of giving it feedback to keep it on track (ChatGPT routinely deletes my negative feedback as violating its terms of use, although it will still respond).

Cons

Message limits are set too low even for paid customers to make Claude of any real use. Claude showed similar problems as other AIs in terms of making really dumb mistakes. At one point, it literally miscounted the number of correct answer choices in a 35 question quiz that was spread over 4 possible choices (i.e., it literally couldn't count single digits correctly).

Switched from

### "Excellent model for coding assistance and content creation"

April 7, 2025

5.0

Overall I was impressed by the quality of responses that Claude provided. When generating content, Claude had a very consistent tone which differentiated it from others

Pros

Claude Sonnet 3.5 provides excellent coding capabilities. Claude.ai user interface is very intuitive and flexible, allowing you to bring in your own documents and photos for a true multi-modal LLM. Claude performance is quite good and the accuracy is excellent as well.

Cons

Sonnet 3.5 pricing is higher than some of the other competing LLMs. Currently it's not an issue but moving forward it will cost more at scale.

### "The "Lean AI" Powerhouse: Solving the Scaling Paradox with Agentic Infrastructure"

April 8, 2026

4.0

Claude has solved the “scaling paradox” for my boutique consulting firm. It reduced my discovery phase from five days of stakeholder meetings to about two hours of transcript synthesis, letting me maintain a $2,000–$5,000 per-deliverable rate with a 5x faster turnaround than traditional agencies. I use Claude over 8 hours a day. In my Strategy pillar, it acts as a fractional Account Manager, drafting complex technical pivots for clients while preserving a partnership-first tone. In my Build pillar, it serves as a Senior Architect, handling the heavy lifting of zero-downtime cloud migrations. Claude doesn’t just generate text; it behaves like an agentic partner that actively catches architectural drift. For a solo operator, it’s the difference between the capacity of one person and the effective output of a three-person team.

Pros

Claude’s most transformative feature is its high-fidelity agentic orchestration. As a solo consultant overseeing mid-market enterprise migrations, I rely on Claude as a virtual team member rather than a basic chatbot. Extensive context handling: The 200,000-token context window significantly improves my discovery-to-PRD workflow. I can upload a 45-minute discovery call transcript and over 15 pages of legacy API documentation, and Claude synthesizes a technical PRD that is approximately 90% client-ready in less than 30 minutes. Architectural integrity: Unlike other models that produce disorganized output, Claude consistently follows my Model Context Protocol (MCP) and CLAUDE.md instructions. This allows me to enforce strict TypeScript and ESLint standards across multiple files, ensuring the resulting code is production-grade and enterprise-ready. Strategic auditing: I use Claude as a Chief of Staff to identify unspoken technical debt. It applies Socratic questioning to challenge my architectural decisions before migration, resulting in approximately a 40% reduction in deployment-time bugs.

Cons

While Claude is effectively my primary operating system for thought, there are a few friction points in a high-scale professional workflow: Context window management: Even with a 200k context window, during deep build phases with huge monorepos, I need to be strategic about which files I expose. Otherwise, it’s easy to hit rate limits during sustained 8-hour workdays. UI vs. terminal split: The web interface is excellent for strategy work, but I want tighter integration between Claude AI (web) and Claude Code (CLI). Maintaining seamless contextual continuity between a strategic email thread and a terminal-based refactor would further streamline my workflow.

### "Bad Service"

April 15, 2026

1.0

Horrible, there was no trying to figure it out, just nope. I find that unacceptable and hence the bad review.

Pros

At first how detailed my information was. It seemed robust which is what I was ;looking for. Great in the beginning until I subscribed to a plan

Cons

As soon as I subscribed to have the Pro Plan, it started to say I hit my limit. I cancelled my subscription ($214.50) today 4/15/26 and they refuse to give me a refund. This is bad service and what a rip off.

### "A Mighty Fine, albeit Flawed, AI"

November 12, 2024

4.0

I tend not to use AI unless a client specifically requests it. In those cases, I have enjoyed Claude's natural language and range of options and copy, as well as analysis. It's rarely "final" quality, but it usually gives me something good to work with.

Pros

I really dig claude's ability to learn from my prompts. I'm usually able to get what I want from the AI within 2 prompts.

Cons

The inability to learn between "chats" as well as the discouragement from "long" chats, means I have to retrain Claude on a topic every time I start a new project chat.

Pros

### "Perfect AI companion tool for human"

November 9, 2025

5.0

My experience with Claude has been notably productive and versatile. Throughout our interactions, Claude has served as a multifaceted tool that adapts to whatever task I bring to it, whether that involves creative writing, technical problem-solving, or analytical thinking. What strikes me most about using Claude is its conversational approach. Rather than feeling like I'm simply querying a database, the interactions feel collaborative. Claude asks clarifying questions when my requests are ambiguous, which has often helped me refine my own thinking about what I actually need. This back-and-forth has proven valuable not just for getting better outputs, but for developing clearer ideas in the first place. The breadth of Claude's capabilities has been impressive. I've used it for everything from drafting written content to breaking down complex concepts into understandable explanations. It handles context well, maintaining coherence across longer exchanges, and can shift between formal and casual tones appropriately. When I need detailed, structured information, Claude delivers that; when I need quick, straightforward answers, it adapts accordingly. That said, the experience isn't without limitations. Claude has a knowledge cutoff and sometimes requires additional verification for current events or highly specialized information. There are also tasks it simply won't do or areas where its responses feel overly cautious. But overall, as a thinking partner and productivity tool, my experience has been largely positive and useful.

Pros

Claude is probably the most intelligent AI model that I have ever used. It is extremely capable and can comprehend a lot of information. You can discuss with Claude a ton of different things, ranging from general advice to very particular ones, like how to communicate your brand values effectively and which word choice would make a better fit and why.

Cons

Eventually, after having used it a certain amount of time, was blocked by the daily limit, switched to another one just to realize that the answers from i.e. ChatGPT, were far more convincing and complete

### "Claude Saves This Private Practice Owner"

October 22, 2025

5.0

Pros

I use a software to make my website. I decided not to pay for another platform that would lock me into certain types and looks for my website for my private practice. Instead, I went with the coding route, knowing little to know thing about coding. This is allowed me to create a website, easily updated and not spend a lot of money on website design.

Cons

Coming from a background of not knowing much about coding it definitely had a large learning curve. It is definitely meant for the population that uses coding every day and as a result, they have tiered memberships that sometimes reduce the amount that you’re able to do in one day unless you pay for a larger membership as a private practice owner, I am busy and typically I’m able to move on once I hit those limits until I know I can come back to it, but it still becomes frustrating if I am trying to get a project done quickly.

### "Disappointed"

February 6, 2026

2.0

Pros

Good voice, has a way of being empathetic and better at conversation than chat gpt. Also the new memory function works fine

Cons

I used voice messaging and when this worked, i rated Claude very highly. But for the past two weeks, I'll initiate a voice message and when I send, Claude hangs and eventually says "oops I didn't catch that" ... This means my entire prompt is lost. Not only that, but there is no way to even get support or speak to anyone to get help. I paid 20 bucks a month for the service and it's whatever like all these LLM chatbots. Better off just using your own brain and save the money

### "Good AI tool for research (overall) and drafting"

March 7, 2025

4.0

Overall its good. I use it majorly for summarising long contents.

Pros

Good AI tool for summarising long paragraphs, analyse complex data, effective rephrasing and impactful writing. It also helps in writing codes, excel formulas, and assist in business research

Cons

Major problem is hallucinations with data (specially with numbers) Another issue is word limits - If user uploads pdf and try to ask questions on that pdf - it says your work limit reached. So its difficult to use it for pdf queries. Third is knowledge cut-off till October 2024

### "Claude is the most capable AI model I have used by now"

September 10, 2024

4.0

Overall I love using Claude. It is by far my most favourite AI tool and ChatGPT is in my opinion only 75% as good as Claude. Particularly when it comes to writing copy for websites. ChatGPT texts are very easy to detect in my opinion. Claude is using a broader range of vocabulary and more natural-sounding sentences. For idea generation they are equally good in my opinion, I just prefer Claude over ChatGPT in 90% of cases. Only when I don't really mind about the result or check Claude responses with a second source I will rotate back to GPT.

Pros

Claude is probably the most intelligent AI model that I have ever used. It is extremely capable and can comprehend a lot of information. You can discuss with Claude a ton of different things, ranging from general advice to very particular ones, like how to communicate your brand values effectively and which word choice would make a better fit and why. Additionally it is worth mentioning that when it comes to coding, Claude is simply unbeatable. As someone who has very little knowledge in coding, I was able to create over 200 lines of code that can navigate webpages very efficiently and get exactly what I requested from them.

Cons

Claude is very limiting in its messaging when you don't buy the Pro Model. The Projects part you get access to when buying Pro is in my opinion not even worth mentioning, as it dumbs Claude literally down to just the input you give it. It loses all its access to general information and idea-generating capabilities. Also sometimes Claude is struggling with simply giving plain text as a response. It likes giving lists, that in my opinion simply are not as dense in information as a good old text.

I am barely using GPT anymore, so I cannot say on how it has developed in the meantime.
