The reason that prompted me to leave this review is I need to tell all business owners that are thinking about purchasing an organization team and multiple seats how terrible their billing department handles refunds. We purchased seat amounts for the year and then had a few business changes within 3 days of purchasing that impacted seat usability. I then requested a PRORATED refund knowing it would be unreasonable to request a refund for used tokens, and in turn they responded multiple times saying they will not make an exception to the situation. Make a note when you are about to choose seats that this is how they handle it. Pros I absolutely love the system, it has helped immensely as a multi-tool for business. Not every answer is definitive, so if you want a more detailed explanation, Claude AI shows the most current and detailed information from all the AI software programs I have tried, and I have tried many. Pros I own and operate a Tax Resolution firm. I have between 8 and 10 business software programs, and I use Claude AI for personal reasons as well. I have Claude AI investigate SEC filings; a lot of stock trading information is available for public review, but Claude AI pulls it all in seconds. Most importantly, Claude AI has helped me put together a real business plan to leverage AI and save countless hours each day by integrating it with MS Office, Slack, DocuSign, Chrome, and more. Cons The freemium model provides very few features for users and the rate limit is far too low and takes too long to reset. Pros Claude is the best AI to use if you want to enhance your writing. It has the most natural and human writing style of the AI tools I've tried, and I've tried them all. Claude only gets better with use, as it learns your voice and writing style. It helps save an enormous amount of time with online content creation. Cons I don't have any negatives, other than the Enterprise level can be expensive. But this is the case with most AI tools in the market.
