Pros I like most the overall product and that it functions as a hub for back office and field-force. I like that it is mostly free of bugs and issues. I like the general ideas of staff reporting. Cons I think the schedule is awkward to use in our case (e.g. when I open the schedule I never see something relevant because back office users always appear and they do not even have a schedule assigned in our case). I also think that the different types of reports, todos and surveys are partly redundant and sometimes confusing (when to use what and how exactly it works). What I like least is the inventory dashboard, because there is no real dashboard. When I open it in our case the first thing I see is: Nothing.
