WORST INVESTMENT THE ORGANIZATION HAS MADE! IT DOES NOT WORK FOR OUR NEEDS. So now that the organization has spent thousands of dollars on this crap, there is not going back and we have to suck it up and force it to work. **Pros:** Absolutely nothing. It's the worst product in the market! I guess you get what you pay for! **Cons:** The software is SLOW, when there are updates from the vendor, the administrators do not communicate with staff. Leaving us to encounter ERRORS constantly! The software does not auto populate critical information and one finds themselves retyping unnecessary information repeatedly! **Reasons for Switching to GRANTSEEKER:** Thought it would make staff's work easier, faster.
