My job becomes easy. Cons They bulk upload feature has given me a very bad experience, it doesn't catch details for more than 60% of the candidates i am trying to upload. Alternatives considered [Intervue](https://www.capterra.com/p/200178/intervue/) Reason for choosing HireHunch HH gave us a better value for money offer and they have the empathy to understand what we as a company needed. With the help of this tool, we were able to hire people at higher speed and improved overall quality of hiring. Pros The feedback form gives consistency in terms of evaluation and removes bias from the different interviewers. It is a great tool to save time for the core tech team for the first round of discussion. Cons No show of candidates can be improved. Many time candidate does not show up for interviews. All these three platforms are fantastic and great to use.HunchVue is a great tool/ environment for taking interviews. Cons Hirehunch products are great and emerging. The UI is very interactive and contains all the essential parameters and sections that would be helpful in giving good detailed feedback. Hunchvue as an video sharing interviewing tool is a very good addition. Cons In my experience so far, there has been no such missing feature.
