Pros

With TransparenSEE, I loved how all the updated reviews from all the sites and social media were collected on one page, it made it easy to collaborate on understanding the comments and formulating the appropriate response to them. I loved how TransparenSEE enabled us to not miss any negative or positive comments/reviews, and to reach out to satisfied and dissatisfied customers and retarget them independently and effectively.

Cons

It happens that the list of reviews does not update automatically, which may affect the speed of our response.

D’avoir toute l’information de nos fiches Google regroupées à un seul endroit et de faire des publications en bulk

Cons

Parfois les nouvelles features ont besoin d’être rodées avant d’être bien fonctionnelles, comme le posts Apple. Sinon le bulk upload des locations pour des posts Google n’est pas facile à utiliser.

Clarté des données et facilité de navigation.

I liked TransparenSEE’s flexibility in managing customer reviews to ensure our social media reputation is efficiently protected. I liked TransparenSEE’s solutions that support review management by automatically deleting any abuse and the ease of setting up custom responses for all cases. I liked TransparenSEE’s efficiency in capturing interested people’s contact information, which makes it easy to motivate them via social media messages or emails. I liked TransparenSEE’s ability to manage content on social media, as it provides excellent scheduling, smart options to support the value of the content, and I liked the clear analytics on the best times to publish to increase engagement.

Cons

Wir nutzen das Tool in unterschiedlichen Abteilungen (bzw Häusern), unabhängig von einander. Der Überblick über alle Häuser ist sehr hilfreich zur Nachverfolgung und Verbesserung einzelner Standorte.

Die Einfachheit der Nutzung, vor allem für das Bearbeiten mehrerer Standorte und das Beibehalten des Überblicks dessen.

Ich würde mir wünschen vom Dashboard aus sofort zu den einzelnen features zu gelangen (zB Reviews/not responded to > anklicken und gleich auf den not responded Reviews zu gelangen)

Pros

Customer service is really good, one of the team are always quick to reply and look into any issues. The platform is great for self managing most information, socI don't need to wait on someone else to update.

Cons

We tend to have issues with information pulling through to apple maps,.I believe the issue is more Apple's end than with the software, as it seems to be better with Google.
