Has been over and above expectations. We were skeptical because our old service "did the job" but nearly every aspect has been an improvement.

Pros

Coax's platform & tools are absolutely second to none. As an ecommerce business relying on fast & efficient communication with customers to convert sales - the platform has basically replaced the function of a CRM for us with even more integration to other parts of the business like marketing & fulfilment. We now run our product repair/servicing communication & payments exclusively through coax - and get many compliments & reviews for how good our service is. We probably save 2-3 days for every repair/service by eliminating invoices/emails back and forth and just using Text/Coax payments.

Cons

Everything has been positive so far & further improvements are constantly being made. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team are running a tight ship and are great to deal with.

The best thing about Coax is the people. I can easily get help and bounce ideas for feature request etc - such a rare treat from SaaS companies!

Pros

Coax is a no-brainer for us. My customers are low-tech grandmas but they can all text - so having Coax makes it easy for them to ask questions which often turn into sales.

Cons

Having just migrated from Podium, this only thing I'm having to re-do is the FAQ template - which is easy enough to set up.

Very happy with the website and the convenience it brings to our consumer services function.

Pros

I love that Coax brings all consumer contact touchpoints to one place, our social media messages & texts. This makes responding to consumers quicker and easier, ensuring that nothing gets missed.

Cons

Would be great if phone calls can also come through to Coax but i know the team is working on it!

A really positive experience which has helped drive sales

Pros

Air Adventure has had a great experience with Coax and it is now a key part of our sales process. The Coax team have been hands on and helped us build automations and integrations with HubSpot and it is nice to have a consistent team of real people to work with. Customers love the ease of text message and it definitely works.

Cons

It has been great having the coax team on hand to build estimations for us but it would also be good to be able to update and build these ourselves

I decided to try Coax after being locked into a contract with a significantly higher alternative for a year. Seeing that Coax were month-to-month for billing made this a low-risk decision. I’m very happy with my decision to transfer and highly recommend it.

Pros

The onboarding process was very smooth, and functionality is so much better. My contact us, Instagram, Facebook, and website chat all go to me via Coax. So much more streamlined, and I don’t miss messages. Support is excellent, and the team is easily contactable.

Cons

I guess I’ve made requests for new functionality that would benefit myself (and others), and they’re in development. Nothing to dislike they actually build the stuff that's requested.

We were using many platforms previously to try and stay on top of things, Tidio live chat, multiple mobiles for inbound calls, Napoleon for socials & Front for email, now we just use Coax, I don't know how much time we're saving but it's been a game changer.

Pros

Can't believe how easy this was! I have a couple of businesses and we share our team resources across them, sending and receiving texts and pictures from customers has been a game changer, Insta, Facey & our emails all against 1 contact. No more looking for information it's just there! Mobile app is ace, we just get the enquiry and respond on the go! Now that we can callout from the App we're no longer having grief of using personal mobiles and having the anxiety around missed calls. Taking payments is a breeze, we chat with the prospect and then send the link for payment once ready, our customers love chatting with us now, unlike before when we would barely respond to people as we just didn't know. AI Call summaries, I love being able to see, what our team have said with a customer at a glance! No more digging for who said what this is the best!

Cons

Our POS doesn't integrate, but that's not a Coax issue, we need to move to a cloud based POS.
