We can't recommend Kilo enough! Their service/software has literally changed the level of service that we can provide for all our 300+ members and has been instrumental in managing our coaching team and keeping everyone on the same page. They are constantly making the service and software better and finding new ways to help our business provide exceptional service. Support from the team is unparalleled and their response time is fantastic!

Pros

Kilo has really created the most exceptional service from start to finish. From the creation of our website (that is super fast and operates with strong SEO) to the ongoing support from their team that is quick to respond and always helpful in solving any issues that come up. In addition, the software itself has allowed us to provide a level of service that we had only dreamed of and having it fully integrated with our lead system and communication with current members is truly revolutionary! We can easily manage a team of 9+ employees and keep everyone organized and on the same page with 300+ members to include group class, personal training and hybrid memberships. And the ream is always leveling up their service! Recently they reached out to upgrade the content on our website and had us speak to \[sensitive content hidden\] who was an absolute pleasure. He took the time to speak with us for an hour about our services, mission/vision and is helping us add this to our website! All this at no extra charge!

Cons

We had a couple hiccups when we first onboarded bringing over our full client database with messages being sent out that we didn't want but they took responsibility and corrected the issue.

We've been a long time user of Kilo and we don't plan to change that any time soon. We've been able to make important business decisions based on the data that Kilo offers our business.

Pros

Customer service is out of this world. I honestly can't think of another company who does it better! The response time is top notch on any customer inquiry.

Cons

This isn't a Kilo problem but more so an 'us' problem, the software can be so big that it's tough to optimize with our entire team. There is so much that can be done; customization, automation, etc. that sometimes it can be overwhelming.

Since the start my experience has been amazing. I am not very good with technology and usually mess things up but they walked me through everything and have worked hand and hand with me to learn everything and put all the services they offer into action to best serve my business. I am now able to do things with technology and automatons that I never even thought was possible, and that is all because of the team at Kilo.

Pros

The team at Kilo is top notch. They are always fast to help and answer all my questions . Customer service is a huge deal for me and Kilo is the best!

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about Kilo. When outages or issues pop up they communicate well and go above and beyond to correct. Myself and my team could not be happier with there services Kilo offers.

I can't recommend this company enough if you are a gym brand. The product, the team, the service is all top notch and the price leaves you enough room in your budget to grow elsewhere. It's more than paid for itself and continues to be improved.

Pros

The customer service is absolutely the most responsive I've ever had with B2B software. Not only are they reactive, but they are proactive. They have rolled out solutions to problems before I identified them as problems, which means they aren't just going through the motions.

Cons

The thing I liked least for Kilo is the fact that they are so new that there's a lot of options that aren't there yet. As an early adopter, I knew this was going to be the case but it can be frustrating sometimes.

Kilo is sleek, simple, and fast. It's made us more efficient as a business and substantially increased our bottom line revenue. Their customer support is UNREAL. It's the fastest and most thorough I've ever encountered in any industry.

This feels like a software designed by someone from within the fitness industry. It has everything I need without a bunch of features I don't need. The support team is knowledgable, insightful and genuinely interested in helping you find the best solution for any issues you encounter. Top notch service AFTER the sale!

Pros

Excellent transition process and the software is incredibly user friendly. They have a published list of upgrades for the year which is both exciting and helpful. One of their updates from last year (rollover credits) was a HUGE hit with our membership base!

Cons

I didn't know about them sooner and they weren't interested in financially compensating me for this review (which is a bummer because I've never been so over-the-top happy with a software company).

We redesigned our website and \[sensitive content hidden\] was just fantastic. She was beyond patient, helpful, and truly a professional while dealing with my many emails, photos and text changes. We are so proud of our final product!

Pros

The customer service is second to none. Always receive a response within a timely manner and they always have a great suggestion or answer to my many questions.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing we don't love. I know our clients are looking forward to being able to add their classes to their calendars on the app, but we know that is coming soon!

As a microgym owner (and one who is not particularly tech-savvy), I want two things from my gym’s management software: 1) It should save us time on the basics–the things we do every day like billing, scheduling, and forecasting, and 2) It should have a robust knowledge base and help desk when I don’t get how to do something…which is often for me! On both counts, Kilo delivers perfectly. The management software is incredibly intuitive and at every turn screams “made by gym owners for gym owners”--and not just CrossFit gyms either, because any fitness modality, even if just 1-1 training, would do wonderfully using Kilo. My gym made the move to Kilo at a particularly busy time for us and I was honestly worried about how long it would take and how hard we’d have to work, but implementation has been a relative breeze and has exceeded my expectations. And that brings me to my second point: their knowledge base, and particularly their customer service. I worked in tech support way back when, was terrible at my job, AND I am old enough to remember the SNL skit “\[sensitive content hidden\], Your Company’s Computer Guy.” All that adds up to me still kind of living in fear of asking too many software questions all at once. For real. But I am happy to report Kilo’s customer service is absolutely superior: they are incredibly kind, responsive, and altogether thorough without overwhelming or confusing me. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with Kilo, and I will continue to recommend it without reservation to anyone within shouting distance!

Pros

Incrediby intuitive, easy to learn and use, it is already a time-saver and eventually, will be a clear money-maker.

Cons

Like every gym management software (and every gym, actually), there are product-specific terms for broad concepts like 'memberships' etc...that just takes a minute to get used to but they are pretty intuitive.

The software itself has a lot of useful features, and when it’s working smoothly, it really helps keep things organized and efficient. The standout for me is their customer service—they’re always on point, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference. The occasional hiccups with updates can be annoying, but when they’re addressed, the platform generally does what I need it to. All in all, it’s a solid tool with a team that cares about their clients.

Pros

Hands-down their customer service. Anytime I’ve had an issue or question, their team has been quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They don’t just brush you off or send canned responses—they actually listen and make sure you’re taken care of. It’s rare to find a company that makes you feel like a priority every time you reach out, but Kilo’s team nails it.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. They'll email you back on the weekends although it's out of their usual business hours which means a lot. And they do more little things like that really make you feel like they'll do whatever they can to help. It's hard to not to like something about a company that puts so much effort into making sure I'm taken care of.

Cons

There hasnt been anything i dont like. It mkaes my life so much easier. Before Kilo i struggled with organisation as well as putting systems in place.

I think it’s been pretty smooth working with Kilo. I transitioned over 2 years ago to Kilo from my last system, and it was pretty painless. So I’ve been with Kilo since Beta, and it continues to get better.

I currently only use the website and client coms side of Kilo and I’m extremely happy with it. I guess if I had a con, it would be a historical data migration from Wodify so I could justify making the full jump without impacting our clients

Pros

There is very little I don’t like. The on boarding can be complicated, but they have an amazing staff that takes the time and explain it to you properly.

Since switching to Kilo, I’ve been able to spend less time managing software and more time focusing on what really matters—helping my clients reach their goals. Our previous software was challenging, but Kilo keeps things running smoothly so I can give my clients the attention they deserve!

Customer Service, Ease of Use, Ability for them to Listen to What Gym Owner's Need.

Cons

Features on the roadmap that are coming, come much faster than anything other gym software I have used so this is a very tough question to answer.
