Minha experiencia é muito boa, o suporte sempre nos auxilia muito bem quando ocorre problemas de exportação ou algo nesse sentido.

Pros

A praticidade e a integração do nosso sistema ERP fazendo com que não precisamos mais digitar transferencias, OCs e OPs, gerando automatico pelo WA

Ainda não teve algo que menos gostei, todas as opções são muito boas para as rotinas de trabalho.

WA Demand Driven é a ferramenta utilizada para a gestão e abastecimento automatizado do da cadeia de distribuição para clientes no varejo, onde além de termos a automatização do processo, uma ferramenta precisa para análise dos estoques e comportamento do abastecimento de cada cliente.

Pros

Excelente ferramenta para gerenciar os estoques e processo de reabastecimento principalmente quando se trabalha com uma grande variedade de pontos de vendas.

Cons

Como sugestão seria importante termos uma a possiblidade alinhar as demandas a capacidade de produção da planta para automatizar o processo de produção em usinas (compras)

Um beneficio muito bom é a praticidade que sistema proporciona para o usuario no momento das analises que precisamos realizar no sistema.

Pros

A agilidade para distribuição dos produtos para as filiais. Facilidade na gestão de compra dos itens que precisamos repor na empresa. O sistema entrega uma gestão visual muito boa.

Cons

Falta de um manual de uso dentro do próprio sistema para orientação de como se utiliza cada ferramenta dentro do sistema.

A praticidade no controle da cadeia de suprimentos, com o WA fica tudo em suas mãos, o sistema te entrega tudo visuamente, se precisar verificar uma demanda de uma filial, está lá, se precisar verificar as saídas de uma filial, estará lá, se precisar consultar nossas quantidades disponíveis, já reservadas, quantidades que entrará em estoque, ordens de fornecedores estarão lá, ou seja a praticidade é o pointo forte do negócio

Um pequeno manual de uso dentro do próprio sistema, pelo menos eu não encontrei

Dentro do software WA que utilizamos todos os dias dentro da empresa é possivel verificar e analisar com agilidade e certa precisão a necessidade dos materiais na matriz e tambem todas as filiais desacopladas com o feedback vizual dos graficos de uma só vez, juntamente com a integração no nosso ERP conseguimos muito mais velocidade nos processos do dia a dia.

Percebemos que após a implementação, conseguimos aumentar a produtividade dos analistas de planejamento, ter uma gestão maior do estoque, visualizar dados que antes não tínhamos e tratar/priorizar itens conforme seu nível de criticidade.

Pros

A ferramenta possui uma gestão visual muito boa, o que auxilia muito o analista de planejamento nas tomadas de decisão. Possibilita que o analista tenha um bom desempenho pois permite editar vários filtros de prioridade, fazendo com que as tratativas sejam feitas nos itens que realmente demandem prioridade e esforço.

Cons

Vejo que falta a implementação de uma ferramenta de S&OP. Já tivemos algumas conversas de desenvolvimento, mas sempre recebemos exemplos em Excel. Isto para implementação de um processo tão crítico trás uma série de dúvidas, pois o investimento precisa ter o retorno. Ter esta amostra em Excel não passa a confiança necessária para o cliente.

Tudo que envolve compra, distribuição e dimensionamento de estoque para o armazém da nossa matriz e filiais

Pros

Software é muito intuitivo para se usar, dá a possibilidade ao usuário de tomar várias decisões, ajuda demais na otimização do tempo gasto em relação a análise de compras.

Cons

Como eu sou um usuário muito entusiasta do DDMRP, acredito que o software tem alguns detalhes a melhorar, mas não vejo algo que eu não goste.
