Overall application is easy to use and integrate. It saves time in editing or making spreadsheet and presentation. It is cloud based we can use any time from any location. Customer care always available to help. Also we can add add encryption and add access controls in the shared docs that protects us from third party access. Multiple users can works on same docs flawlessly without any lag.

Cons

My favourite cloud based office. Nothing for me at this time. It saves my time in docs management.

Collabora Online really improved our collaborative work and document management in our projects, making us more efficient.

Pros

Real-time editing in the collaborative mode is a neat feature that can improve your way of working as a team. Furthermore, the UI is easy to use so the learning curve for new users is not steep. Nice to have a development version that is updated very frequently and can be used through the Univention system.

Cons

An offline mode - even temporary - would be a good addition (e.g. think while travelling). Other than that, minor glitches from time to time, but I've been using the development version so it is perfectly normal and not a cause for concern.
