Pros

It greatly facilitates my organization in daily tasks, increasing productivity significantly, having all these resources available in one place.

Cons

Every new thing has a somewhat steep learning curve at the beginning, but in a short time, the software becomes something familiar and easy to work with.

### "One of the most Compactible tool "

Pros

I have come across a support desk that is constantly busy. The customer service personnel and our team have worked together on every interaction. I value all of the information they provided us with during the implementation and launch processes. The features are simple to use and comprehend. Additionally, it provides security features like access control and encryption etc which i like the most.

Cons

As far as i have used this software i did not find any cons. till now everything is good and i recommend it to everyone to give it a try.
